Sean at mortgage wise handled and processed everything about our switch over to a new fixed rate mortgage all through email, keeping me informed every step of the way. The only thing I needed to do was call the mortgage provider to give him the authority to do so, and sign the important documents at the end. A smooth hassle free process letting me get on with running my business. I look forward to the next time we need to switch as I know it will be another hassle free process!

This is the second time MortgageWise has managed to get me a mortgage deal and I am proud to say that they lived up to my high expectations. They supported me with obtaining a remortgage approval for the second time when my first deal expired. I had an incredibly short timescale and they were able to facilitate an incredibly speedy application process despite the lock-down of the coronavirus where most people are working from home. I was particularly supported by Shirley and Sean Eberhardt who were incredibly professional, calm and supportive.

From the beginning Sean Eberhardt has shown exemplary professionalism in handling my loan. He was straight forward and very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. He gave me hope throughout the process and ensured everything was on track. I could not have done this without him. What a wonderful company. I was so worried I would not get another buy to let mortgage at 65 after my present mortgage ended. But Ali and his team came to my rescue. I cannot thank them enough for looking after me and getting me a great deal. My mortgage came through today. Ali was a true gentleman and restored my faith in human nature. When you are a widow on your own it makes you feel very vulnerable. He was very professional all the way through but he gave you a feeling of a friend who would not do anything to harm you. All office staff was as good and are always there to help very friendly. Julie rang to keep me informed all the way. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends who need financial help. From my first phone call to them, to the completion of our remortgage they have been fantastic. In particular Julie and Jack with whom we dealt with the most. However everyone we dealt with within the company, was extremly professional, non judgemental and their advice proved invaluable.

We wouldn't hesitate to recomend them to others and have done already. We cannot thank them enough for such invaluable help and a fantastic service.

I had a very informative chat with Kit on the phone and he gave me some very useful information, especially considering my circumstances.
