To progress a finance application, we sometimes need to request additional documents required by the lender. In your case, we had to follow up on a number of occasions, and when some of the required information only became apparent later in the process, we needed to request alternative documents to help move your application forward. We also attempted to contact you by phone and followed up via text message and email when we were unable to reach you.
