Very slow delivery but got what I wanted at a cheaper price so take it for what worth!

UPDATE 12/10/2019!!! READ!!
After posting my review online of this company, they contacted me and told me after two weeks of waiting for my order (Still not here) they are cancelling my order and wont do business with me because i wrote a negative review of them.

Originally placed my order on Nov 25th. The following day i received email stating the product i ordered is not in stock and will not be ordered again, even though its listed as available on their website. After some back and forth i was offered some different levers (much more expensive) but at a discounted price. I went on to their site and selected a color combination that showed as available on their site and informed them to make this change. Waited until friday Nov 29th too contact them asking if there was any update. got a reply the next day nov 30th. stating they are closed for the entire holiday weekend and that they had to order the levers from ASV even though ONCE AGAIN their website showed this item IN STOCK. several emails were exchanged and i was given the run around for the next few days up until dec 7th.

Well today is December 8th and i decided to just contact ASV myself and see what was going on. ASV informed me that the levers would be going out in the next couple days because they did not receive the order until late thursday Dec 5th. and didnt start on my order until friday Dec 6th.

Most online companies can have orders to my door in 2-4 days not including holidays. This company on the other hand hadn't even ordered the parts i paid for in almost double that time!

If you ever order from this site be sure to ask them if what your ordering is in stock so you dont end up waiting damn near 3 weeks to receive your order, all while being given classic run around treatment.

I will never order from this website again.

Motomummy customer service helped relay as much information as possible from Austin Racing delay through busy times.

The customer service I received was great. Prompt responses to email inquiries by Savannah and Danny made my hunt for an Arai Corsair-X Hayden Laguna (after my preorder with a different vendor was cancelled due to "availability") a breeze. Can't thank them enough.

After placing and order and later finding out that part was not In stock I was still charged...waited multiple weeks and not even offered a discount or free swag( correction was offered som swag but never given)...this is the first experience like this with Moto mummy so only reason for 3 stars vs one. But was very surprised that I was charged with in a day when they did not even have the part...
