Placed insurance with this company, had to cancel policy within 11 days since my car needed scrapped, canceled on the 1st april and had no correspondence what so ever not even a confirmation email stating it was canceled and no word of if I will get any payment back since it is within the 14 days

This is the worst insurance broker I have been with absolutely zero start rating . They try rip you off and take your deposit for no reason. Very rude staff with no regard or intention to help. Hope others sees this and don’t use them like I did .

like the song were do i begin to the story lalala , no honestly i was contacted bye Danny today to be honest i never knew what too expect, 2days before his call i never really new were i stood regarding this ins, i am old school and 100% hate the internet a phone does so much more for the customer ( it shows you mean something and are valued ) anyway this gentleman is an absolute legend now to me, his knoll age, his people skills, he went through the the policy with me and explain it all to me in away i understood if there is anyone better than him on this firm i would like to hear them, thank you Danny for all your help. ps i am not a relative or long lost friend. motorcade he is a credit to you well done all.

I would say good since the insurance is one of the cheaper options. However, response from email from filling up the form for email is unresponsive. I emailed twice but no response. Only then the chat option is very good in customer service. Thanks Gary

I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company.

My policy was cancelled due to documents not being received, even though I had already sent them within the required time frame. Unfortunately, there was a small mistake in the email address, which was a genuine human error. As soon as I realised this, I resent all documents immediately and even provided proof.

Despite explaining my situation clearly and honestly, and confirming that all my documents are valid and accurate, I received no real support or understanding from the team. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was simply directed elsewhere without any proper assistance.

This lack of support is very disappointing, especially when a customer is acting in good faith and trying to correct a genuine mistake.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience, as their customer service does not seem to prioritise fairness or understanding.

This girl is an asset to the company. She went above and beyond a call of duty to try and help me The girl bent over backwards and got my problem resolved I am so grateful to her.

I can see this girl will have a future within this industry, she understands that customers are not just customers they are people too.

I've committed to buy a car but the seller has ghosted me. I've happened to insure it before I collected it. After the seller has disappeared I got in touch with Motorcade Insurance in order to cancel my insurance. The process took only a couple of minutes. The customer service agent JAMIELEIGH has been extremely nice and helpful; he's sorted the cancellation in a jiffy. Happy happy!

Very unforgiving if you miss a payment or struggle wouldn’t even allow you pay with two different cards even if you can pay in full very bad service it’ll not help you or be flexible or work around that issue
