Robbers normally wear masks
I was charged over £75 to cancel a £120 policy less than a month into the policy. Didn't send me an email to tell me, just sent me a general notification email. They then wanted to charge me another £25 for not paying it on time, again the reminder was just a gerneal notification email. No phone number to speak to anybody, all done with live chat. Wouldn't like to use them for a claim if this is how good they are cancelling a simple policy.

Motorcycle Direct came out the cheapest for me, I am UK but for reasons related to my work I had to change my UK licence for a EU licence and need to keep it as EU. Many insurers charge extortionate premiums for UK riders on EU licence so it was nice to get a fair quote. I did need to contact support and it was hard to find a support phone number.. but then they were great.
