After our car was stolen we needed to find a replacement quickly. We found it with this company. I spoke to Adam who was very friendly and helpful. We purchased the vehicle without seeing it. Jack arranged the tax and delivery. He kept us updated and even confirmed what time the delivery drivers were leaving. It has been a smooth easy professional service from start to finish. The vehicle was delivered to us promptly by 2 lovely friendly men. The vehicle is exactly as described with 12 months warranty as well as a full 12 mot motand immaculate inside and out. We cannot fault the service. Well done gentlemen it was a pleasure doing being with you and we will not hesitate to recommend you.

We bought a vehicle from Motors Coalville just over a month ago, and from the very beginning the experience was outstanding.

The car was well maintained, thoroughly prepared for sale, and presented in excellent condition. We were looked after by Craig, who is without a doubt one of the best salespeople we have ever met. His professionalism, honesty, and customer care were exceptional.

Before purchasing the vehicle, we asked if a few items could be sorted and if some missing parts could be ordered. Craig assured us everything would be taken care of within a week, and he kept his word. When we collected the car, every request had been completed exactly as promised and with great attention to detail. Buying a car from Motors Coalville was a genuinely enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Unfortunately, just a few days later the vehicle developed a fault and broke down. We contacted Craig, and within 30 minutes they arrived with a courtesy car and collected our vehicle for inspection. After several days of investigating the issue, we were informed that the vehicle would need to be returned to the manufacturer under warranty.

Craig then gave us two options: we could either keep the courtesy car while waiting for the repair, or receive a full refund for the vehicle. As we were concerned that the repair process might take some time, we decided to accept the refund.

What impressed us most was that, even after refunding our money, Craig kindly allowed us to continue using the courtesy car until we found another vehicle. That level of customer service is incredibly rare and went far beyond our expectations.

Although the car unfortunately developed a fault, the way Motors Coalville handled the situation was outstanding. They were honest, responsive, supportive, and genuinely cared about making things right.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Motors Coalville to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. In our opinion, they are one of the very best car dealerships in the country, and Craig is a real credit to the business.

Tread carefully when buying from this company they dont explain everything . Bought a vehicle from them and had to chase them up for the V5C , text messaged them only to be ignored until early evening 7pm , to be told.there admin waits 14 days before notifying dvla of change of ownership .
Dvla state this should be done immediately avoid at all costs because you dont know how many times the vehicle you've bought of them has been sold by them and returned to them by the customer within the 14 days so no record of change of ownership , food for thought , this practice has been reported to trading standards who have said it will be investigated.
You also lie as I have proof in the way of text messages from your sales person verifying what ive said so no DVLA wasn't notified on the day of sale they were notified 13 days later when I queried this . Typical of un professional garages give it all to get the sale but fall short when it matters , if I could post proof on here for all to see I would just to show what lairs you are

Bought a car, and check with employee whether something is covered by the warranty. Employee calls to explain that anything gearbox and engine related is covered, and that the specific thing i'm getting done is included, but go to an official dealership.
I go out of my way to go to the dealership, then they backtrack and deny any responsibility. Spoke to the manager, where the entire conversation was an attempt to pin their miscommunication on me. Would avoid

Flawless from start to finish. So greatful for all of Craig’s help and patience really went above and beyond. They thoroughly check the cars and are just so kind and helpful really have never experienced anything like their level of service with any other car company. From my initial enquiry to Shane on the phone to the eventual purchase of our KIA, my wife and I found the whole experience excellent.

After a traumatic experience with The Trade Centre, I got in contact with Adam at Motors Coalville and from the beginning he was very professional and knowledgable. I asked to view a car the same day so I visited branch and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was shown the car, asked if I wanted to know anything and was left to have a look in my own time without the feeling or pressure of being watched or pushed into a decision. I took it on a test drive on my own- was informed of the best place to take it for a good run. Came back and enquired more- again there was no pushiness. I advised I would be back the next day which I was, more looks round with a second opinion, reassured with the AA checks they pay for them to carry out, plus a 12 month warranty and a fresh Mot and Service to last the duration of the warranty. Paid a deposit on the car that day, and was kindly offered delivery too. I collected the car a week later and was shown everything I needed to know- was helped with connecting Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth and all the other technical parts!
Honestly such a smooth experience from start to finish- my old car was part exchanged too so no stress of having to sort that out either.

Just bought a nearly new Ford Puma from Russell at Motors of Coalville, although we live 150 miles away! Fantastic to deal with from start to finish and so knowledgeable and helpful; he made the whole experience a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend my friends to try them. Sent their contact form asking for a price on a service. Automated response received saying it had been passed to relevant department. 2 days later no reply. Very disappointed

We bought a used Mondeo from Motors of Coalville. It wasn't an expensive vehicle, but even so, the service from Russell, Shane and all the other staff we met was helpful, friendly and efficient from start to finish. We were made to feel like valued customers. Old School customer service, in the best possible meaning of the phrase.

Bought a car last week and the sales person called Shane was very helpful his knowledge was first class. But the main result for writing this is the after care we got was exceptional nothing was too much for Shane we had a problem with car the day after we bought it (NOT DUE TO DEALERSHIP) but Shane went over and beyond to help sort our problem out by even phoning us after service to see if we got sorted then today 17/7/23 he blow me away again as we had to get a valve fitted to our tyre due to a blowout on the motorway and then after national tyres lost our locking nut Shane replaced them for us... at no cost to us...The after care we have received had definitely made us a customer for life with Coalville motors the whole team are very helpful and always at the end of the phone
