Have recently purchased a car from Motorserv Solihull, and have used them before for service/MOT, and the customer service was again excellent. The staff are always pleasant and friendly and go out of their way to please. On this latest occasion Mo Miah was particularly helpful throughout the process, friendly, thorough and always there to help with a smile. I would not hesitate to use to use them again.

They sourced Tesla parts and did a brilliant job, much quicker than Tesla would have been. Comms great throughout including a video of the issue and the resolution. Mint job. Thanks as always guys 🙏

I contacted Motorserv regarding an MOT for my car. This was the first time I had arranged an MOT, as previously my ex-husband had sorted it for me. I have to say Motorserv staff were so professional and the communication and level of service I received was of the highest level. I was kept updated and informed throughout the whole process. I found the staff incredibly helpful, as a single mum of small children, they were very accommodating and arranged for my car to be collected and dropped back to my doorstep within a short period of time, all whilst withholding utmost covid measures. I strongly recommend Motorserv’s services to anyone considering MOT, Servicing, repairs or even purchasing a new car. The service you’ll receive is impeccable!

I had my car recently in for an MOT, which sadly failed. I asked Motorserv for a quote and they fixed my car within less than 24 hours! They were extremely helpful and Alex was great to deal with keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Great local garage, I have been coming here for the last 3 years and never had nothing but good experiences. Would highly recommend!

Bought my 2017 A4 Avant and I can't fault anything about my experience. Friendly and helpful with any questions I had and the transaction went smoothly. They arrange free delivery as I live 60+ miles away. The car was the best like for like I could find after a lot of searching and I am very happy all round.

Could not fault the service and response from all the team. Mo dealt with all of my queries efficiently. I was in urgent need to pick up the car and Mo ensured this happened, even though it was over the holidays. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to purchase a car and will only use them in the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The customer service was amazing and Mo really went above and beyond to make the process of buying a car as smooth as possible. He couldn’t do enough to help and I’m extremely happy with the car. I don’t often write reviews but feel compelled to do so. We’ll definitely use Motorserve again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely Amazing
I have used Motorserv for a while now. The service is second to none! This is why I travel all the way from Essex to Birmingham just to deal with this company and the staff. Kam runs a very tight ship I have become every fond of the whole team! Simon, Jack and Mo are just a few of the specialist I have worked closely with and always will! As due to them always being on point and providing a great service I now vouch to never buy a car from anyone else EVER again and I recommend everyone looking for a car or van to Kam and his team!

I booked my MOT, full service and Aircon re-gas using the Bookmygarage website. When I arrived the booking was not on the system, but MotorServe were brilliant and still managed to fit me in for the work to be completed. Excellent work and very good value for money.

Excellent, easy to arrange service & mot at reasonable rate.
Dropped off as agreed and assistant kept me appraised of progress. Very accomodating and collected with work completed to good standard.

Since my Audi was born he was always looked after by "Audi" Solihull, however prices have increased significantly so time to shop around and look for the same standard of love, care and attention without the high price tag and let's face it,at this present time most of us need to watch the pennies..
MotorServ came up from a Google search and after phoning up and speaking to an extremely helpful advisor I was booked in for a cambelt change,service and Mot.
Can't say I wasnt apprehensive as my car is my right arm for getting to work (NHS hospital) at short notice, so the thought of it not running as it should or even worse, leaks did cross my mind when it was returned...
No need., picked it up a day after dropping it in and it had been washed and all work completed.
I left it a week before writing a review to see if everything was ok and I must say, I'm extremely happy, car runs great, pricecwise, good value and excellent customer service, before and after..
Unusual these days as once you paid, customer service usually disappears, theses guys seem to want to get things right from customer feedback.
Thank you and well done, we will definitely be using MotorServ for our 2 cars from now on, and be looking into the service plan to save more money.👍
