PESSIMO SERVIZIO, SEMBRA TI PRENDANO IN GIRO. MI HANNO SCRITTO DICENDO CHE IL PAGAMENTO NION ERA ARRIVATO , DALLA CARTA DI CREDITO E L'ESTRATTO CONTO DIMOSTRAVA ESATTAMENTE IL CONTRARIO. COME DOBBIAMO DEFINIRLI? ATTENDIAMO ANCORA POI VEDREMO IL DA FARSI CON AVVOCATI. HO LE RICEVUTE DELLA BANCA. E LORO DICONO CHE NON HANNO RICEVUTO ALCUN PAGAMENTO

Wenn so Service doch überall wäre: gute Beratung, schnelle Lieferung! Rundum zufrieden!

Trustful seller, I've ordered parts for FSA 90 and they arrived after 2 weeks travel abroad in Europe.
Communication is hard at the beginning, but if the item shipping delayed, they are responsive.
The only downside is shipping without tracking number outside of Germany, which may sometimes result in slower shipping or a lost item.
Thank you!

Also in jedem Punkt bestens, gerne wieder...

Ersatzteil für Gardena-Gießstab passte nicht, nach
Rücksendung wurde die richtige Überwurfmutter
geliefert, toller Service!

Alles super!

Very satisfied with the company, waited a little long to receive my item, but there was an explanation for that, one of my items had to be ordered home first, ( 5 - 15 days ) but that info was on the spare parts page, so everything is ok from here 👍 . Will definitely shop there again and recommend them to others! Greetings from a Dane 🙏

Ottimi...veloci... disponibili e molto professionali!! Molto consigliato!!!

2 mal bestellt, 2 mal hoch zufrieden 👍🏻
