Ordered a Union flag and an England flag. Both were exactly the same quality that l'd ordered before. with another flag . Well satisfied. Delivery was slightly delayed due to the Black Friday period, but quite acceptable.

Service is quite good, expect for the face that estimated order completion and delivery times are frequently not realistic.

We appreciate Mr. Flags attention to detail and friendliness when ordering. They make importing their items to the USA very easy.

Hi 👋 , I received my 74th of foot kings colours from Mrflags.uk . The flag was made really well and the colour on both sides just blooms with colour , my 5th great grandfather from Northern ireland would be very impressed with the flag if he could only see it . I have it in my formal room beside the honour colours the regiment received in 1814 . It stands very proud and highlights the room . My name is Jason Salkey, I played Rifleman Harris in the TV show Sharpe. I have a longstanding connection with this company because I trust their product's quality, durability and swift production. The first design Mr Flag created has hung in my tent at living history and battle re-enactments events across the world. People constantly remark on how brilliant looking the flag is and often they ask if they can buy it. The flag looks as good as it did on the day I got it in 2010. I ordered two flags for work for a presentation planned during an awareness week. I'm so pleased with the flags - they look great, they're in good quality and were neatly packed. They ensured prompt delivery - especially as I didn't have a huge window to order and for it to arrive - and were so helpful when I got in touch. I very rarely leave reviews on Trustpilot but as I believe in giving credit where it's due I feel compelled to write here today. I telephoned Mr Flag to ask about a coffin drape. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and empathic and helped me to understand the options of what I could order. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that I could have any design I wanted and so placed an order. Later that day I changed my mind about the design and called back. I was a little worried that it might be too late to change a personalised order, but the gentleman was very understanding and not only accepted the new design but made a couple of suggestions that improved it. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. At such a difficult time in my life, it was reassuring to speak to someone with his patience. The drape was delivered to me very quickly and used in the funeral. It made the coffin look elegant and gave some comfort during the funeral, not only to myself but to other family members too. Thank you Mr Flag. I hope that I won't need another funeral drape anytime soon, but if anybody else does, I would highly recommend you to them.

I ordered a coffin drape from Mr Flag for my Grandfathers funeral & so many people who attended commented positively on it saying how fitting it was rather than flowers for him.
