Good service and good quality

I really like the flag but wish I had gone for a larger one.

A slight manufacturing hitch with my order was readily rectified by the owner; very pleased with outcome.

Great NUFC flag, better than the others we could find.
Prompt delivery.

One of colours on flag incorrect. Matched colour on 1 of pics provided but not the others. If clarification had been sought then this wouldn't have happened. Plus points for quality and delivery within timescales. Shame about colour.

The company has recently become the principle flag supplier of the organisation I work for. All communication has been responded to in a prompt and professional manner. A request for an unlisted flag was responded to and designed very quickly. Our most recent order experienced a significant delivery issue and Mr Flag, despite not being at any fault, stepped up and remedied the situation very quickly to replace the order. I am very impressed with the quality of products and customer service given and would absolutely recommend Mr Flag.

Quality Material - Great Staff - I was able to clean up my design a bit before final printing as recommended by staff. I originally sent in a lower quality (Pixelated) first design. My boyfriend was very happy to see his first ever flag design come to life!

I cannot say in words how wonderful this company is I ordered a drape for my brothers coffin very anxious being the week before Xmas didn't think I'd get it in time the contact I had with them was so heartwarming very respectful they reassured me I would get it before funeral date (I had it in 2 days so amazed). I wanted Chelsea the football logo but was concerned with a spray not seeing it... They positioned the badge perfectly so you could still see and also put the badge in 4 corners. I was also sent a template before ordering via email.... when I opened it I cried so many happy tears! From the communication I received I not once doubted it wouldn't arrive on time or something would be wrong because of the professional communication I can't thank them enough and it was that perfect I couldn't let the drape go with him as planned it's been kept for his boys. Also the quality of the fabric was brilliant! Thankyou so much ❤️
