The company has the poorest customer…
The company has the poorest customer service support that I've ever dealt with! They sold me products that they didn't have! Collected my money. Never sent my products and then when I called to find out where my order was? They played put me on hold until they closed for the weekend!!!! Then the phone disconnected at 4 PM and I was left hanging with out the product and no one to help me!

I called the office and was assured that a roll would be shipped to me. That didn't happen.
After reading my review, they made good on the roll of cord, receiving it just a few days later.
It's how a company responds to a mistake that makes all the difference. I will buy from them again.
