I made an order and a few days later I got a call from Mr Shrinkwrap, the call was because out of all the white wrap I ordered there was one blue roll and they wanted to make sure that was for sure what I wanted. Turns out it was my mistake for adding the blue roll , and they caught it and fixed it before my order shipped

A rough time of it.
I found it rather tough to negotiate around the order site and got kicked out numerous times but kept at it in order to order the products. I also had a hard time changing my shipping destination until it finally took. Lastly, I ordered 17’x175’ 7 mil shrink wrap and received (2) 17’x120’ 6 mil shrink wraps with no prior notification of the change in order.

The Mr Shrinkwrap web page is ok, but not great. However if you call the phone number you will be impressed. Call is answered quickly by pleasant and knowledgeable staff, who take your order and answer your questions. Your order is completed and on its way to you. It is so special and rare to have this type of service. Good job!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our journey began with a simple phone call to inquire about a heat gun. We were thrilled to learn that if we placed the order that day, the item would be shipped via priority mail and would arrive within five days. They were told we needed this ASAP and that we had jobs waiting for it. Eager to receive the heat gun, we promptly placed the order and began tracking the package. However, as days passed, it became evident that the package had not left the warehouse.
Determined to resolve the issue, we reached out through both email and phone, only to encounter a frustrating series of obstacles and evasive responses. Eventually, an email confirmed our suspicions: the heat gun had never left the warehouse. Faced with the urgent need to shrink the plastic wrap on our three boats, and with our current heat gun malfunctioning, we requested expedited shipping for the new heat gun.
Our hopes were dashed when we were informed that the package had been picked up by USPS and would arrive a day later than initially promised. We sought assistance from a supervisor, only to be assured that one would contact us later that day. Unfortunately, that call never came.
To our dismay, the heat gun did not arrive as scheduled. Tracking information revealed that it remained in Pennsylvania. Despite placing the order on March 26th and expecting delivery by March 31st, then April 1st, the package was nowhere to be found. We called again and were met with yet another round of evasive responses. The representative we spoke to claimed ignorance of the situation due to her absence the previous week. She promised to investigate and call us back, but we are still waiting for that call.
I followed up with Mr.Shrinkwrap after the heat gun was not delivered by 4/2. I spoke with Lisa. I let her know we would be out a lot of money if the shrink gun did not arrive before the 3 vessels had to be loaded onto the heavy lift ship and explained how we could’ve had another gun shipped overnight to us but they never gave us the chance to ask for that. I again asked if this could be done, and she said she would speak with her manager and get back to me. Never heard from her or the manager. They just dropped all communication.
The gun finally arrived late on 4/4, not 3/31 as originally expected. This would not be the case if they had simply shipped it the same day it was ordered as I was told originally. If I had not followed up, who knows when it would’ve left the warehouse.
This experience has left us deeply disappointed. The customer service was good during the ordering process, but once the order was placed and payment received, the service deteriorated rapidly. It is disheartening, especially since we were initially pleased to find a company willing to ship to us in the Virgin Islands within a reasonable amount of time. The price of the heat gun was relatively close to others we had looked at, but Mr. Shrinkwrap “offered” the earliest delivery.
I would not recommend Mr. Shrinkwrap if you have a deadline to meet or if there is an issue with your order or product. The customer service is subpar. Lack of communication, not returning phone calls or emails and they don’t seem to have much organization within their company.
My final note is that we are still waiting for a phone call from a Supervisor. No one ever called us back after Lisa said she would discuss the situation with her Manager. Follow up is very important. When you stop communication it falls on you for poor customer service.
MZ gun
Our MZ gun was not working right and they sent a loaner to finish removing graphics from tractor trailers. They fixed our and sent it back all with in a week. Thank you very much.
