We booked through the owner
We booked through the owner, Steven Rivera, in April 2025 for our wedding in May 2026. We should have known he was a scammer from the beginning, when he claimed we had not paid our deposit of $581.25 when it was already paid. We originally booked two charter buses, then added on a Sprinter. When our guest count was confirmed, we changed our booking to two mini buses and a Sprinter. This was on March 22, 2026. We repeatedly asked Steven for a quote for the new vehicles, and he did not respond. When reached by phone, he said he would send an invoice right away, and never did. Our wedding coordinator tried to reach him on multiple occasions, leaving voicemails, and he never called back. Finally, he told us by phone that there was no change in the invoice. I told him that I have a second invoice (which I got through our quote link and he never sent to me), and he denied this invoice's existence. He also lied saying he received no calls or voicemails, when I left a voicemail myself and my wedding coordinator showed proof of her calls and voicemails. Of course his response came immediately after the 30-day mark so he kept our deposit. Please stay away from this fraudulent company and their deceptive practices. He will take your money, ghost you, and lie about it. We have zero trust that he will provide reliable transportation or communicate with us and our wedding coordinator on the day of our wedding, so we ate the $581.25 deposit and booked with a company that has been responsive and professional.
