I had an excellent experience working with MT Finance as a brokerage. Their team was incredibly accommodating and patient throughout the process. Once the offer was issued, completion happened swiftly, which we greatly appreciated. MT Finance was clear and transparent about their requirements from the start. Despite some hiccups due to our borrower's circumstances, they worked diligently to resolve them. A big shout out to Alan Shaw and Jazz Lam for being fantastic to deal with! We look forward to continuing our partnership with MT Finance.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I blame myself for using this company as I could see the previous 1 stars reviews and chose to ignore them, it seems to be the same issues over and over again….moving the goal post, promises not being kept, telling you what you want to hear just to get you on board……You will not have a nice experience dealing with this company!!!

Horrific company to deal with. Borderline loan sharks with very aggressive and unhelpful service in a dispute/default situation.Unfortunately I find myself on Trustpilot to warn others about the lengths MT Finance will go to.Court statements claiming they have sent emails to the customer. None received and still no explanation from MT. Be very aware of the products sold as Bridging loans for developing (to avoid regulations)with drawdown facilities as these drawdowns are virtually impossible insisting on their own valuation mechanisms.This was agreed with an independent financial advisor and MT BDM Chris Parr that in principle the product was not fit for purpose yet MT Finance have chosen to ignore their own team continuing aggressive legal channels. I would strongly advise using another lender

Their can-do attitude, speed of response and flexibility in approach added so much value throughout the process and both we and the client are very grateful for all of their help. Thank you again.

Do not use this finance company !! 6 weeks late on completing on an Auction property, which was a simple purchase. Poor communication, cant wait to get the mortgage sorted and move. The solicitors they Use Akroyd Legal, are a total waste of time, poor communication, all trainee solicitors

I would highly recommend MT Finance based on first class service backed with completive and flexible products. Every time I made contact I was able to speak to either the underwriter or case manager who was always helpful and proactive in finding solutions to allow progress. In particular Jody Brown was so helpful backed with great lending decisions from Ayondip Dam. My case completed quickly and with little fuss, look forward to using MTF again.
