I purchased a car August 2025, car delivered by driver not with transport as paid for.

1. aircon not working, no petrol in tank no locking wheel nut or puncture tools, the driver handed keys and left straight away, no hand given.

2.
Phone company they offer to pay repairs for air con and locking nut.
Lots of inconvenience for me and time off work.
3.
Cancel warranty direct debit days later because poor customer service by The Manchester Motor Company.
4.
Aircon has more problems and run a diagnostic on car many issues arise.
Notify TMMC they contact warranty company to do repairs, I tell them that I have cancelled the warranty and they say we were Instructed by TMMC to repair aircon.
What about the diagnostic repairs they were not told of this. So they paid the repair directly to company.
5.
Since August they have not replied or responded to me they do not answer emails or phone calls, other issues have arisen to car so now I will write a letter and seek legal action against TMMC.

Do not buy a car or any warranty or any other service they offer.

Remember cheap price turns out Expensive??????

Mick did a very good bodywork repair on my Toyota RAV4 and went the extra mile with other minor repairs that he noticed needed attention. Excellent service and fully recommended. Reliable and pleasant to deal with.

MT motors of Hyde manchester do not touch them with a barge pole, bought a car they came late at night looked fine was pleased at what we could see it ran for 4 days was doing some miles going to hospital mum,sadly she died and on the way home so did the car, radiator gone,also they took my old car at scrap value it has issues, now it is on their web site, no way could they have fixed that in such a short time...fast turnover fast profit no chance of comeback for the customer.

This is MT Motors at Hyde, Greater Manchester by the way. I would have given no stars had I had the option. Saw a car advertised on the internet at their dealership. I called them on Tuesday to say I wanted to come see the car on Friday (day off work) as during pandemic it's appointment only. Chap on phone said no problem just call him on Friday morning before I set off as he was working from home. Called on Friday as agreed to be told car had been sold. Time wasters.

This Man knows his job very well.
He fixed my car in 10 minutes.
Kind and fast.
Very competent, MT Motors BodyShop, Unit 1, Chestnut Lodge Farm, Boxhill Road, Boxhill, KT20 7JS, will be the first place where I will go, when needed, to repair my car.
