The den building kit is a great present and easy to set up. My 5 year old godson loved it and by the end of the day he'd added cushions and blankets inside with a doormat to wipe your feet and a brush to sweep up. The only downside was that the dog chewed the wooden mallet!

We received a personalised brush for my daughter’s christening, it had been well used and much-loved for almost a decade and was showing signs of wear. I sent it back and it was restored beautifully. Thank you!

Product exactly as described

After receiving a rag doll for my great granddaughter with her name on the dress I was very disappointed with the finish of the stitching. However I emailed Mulberry and Tanya was brilliant. I sent photos and a replacement dress is on its way. Well done and thank you Tanya.
