100% as advertised. Entire deal got done over a weekend and the only reason it wasn't funded on Monday was because of MLK Day. You can trust their process to initiate funding in a very timely manner.

Phoenix was an outstanding rep
Phoenix was an outstanding rep. As a business owner, my schedule is packed and I don't always have time to hop on a phone call. Phoenix understood that and used every resource available—calls, texts, and emails—to make sure I was taken care of and all my questions were answered.
Coming from a sales background myself, I know that getting someone on the phone is always more beneficial than a text or email. But Phoenix prioritized what worked best for me at any given moment to keep the process moving forward. Where other reps I've worked with would wait two weeks for me to reach back out, Phoenix followed up consistently—at least once a day or every other day depending on my preferences.
If you're looking for someone who's going to guide you through the process and not just clock out at 5:00 and leave you hanging, Phoenix is your guy. Highly recommend him for anyone navigating the loan process.
