I contacted the Company @10 days ago regarding an issue with my garage side door.
There was no negative response to my issue at all. 10 days after contacting the company regarding this issue with my garage door, Greg arrived. He was very polite and professional in replacing the door panel, while he was here he also fixed the door as it was not shutting correctly.

It was so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about the work he was doing and gave the customer 100%. I would highly recommend this company and Greg.

Greg attended today and was extremely friendly, polite and got the job done. Thank you.

Carl was very efficient and explained how things worked with my window when I asked. He was quick and was happy to tighten the restricters on my other windows to avoid this problem again in future
