My order was not canceled when I requested for it to be canceled a few minutes after placing. Ignored my request and then told me that it's shipped out. What a Scam! I want you to pay postage to return as I don't want this item!

Great service - items in stock
It was my first visit as they now open on Saturdays and this makes a big difference for me. Service was great and unlike most Eventide sellers they had the H90 in stock. I spent some time looking around the showroom and am already eyeing up my next purchase. Ant and the team were really helpful and enthusiastic about the products and I like how they take the time with everyone to make sure they are getting what they need. Thanks

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I placed an order but inadvertently specified collection rather than getting the goods delivered. Within 10 minutes of ordering Music Matters rang me to check that I’d meant to do that, correctly assuming I probably wouldn’t undertake 100 mile + round trip to pick up a small part for a mic stand. what a waste of time and money too
Returning an item to them is going to be a nightmare! My order is can be returned so I did follow the return instruction. I wasn't satisdied with it. The first problem is that it took to long to receive the refund. 2nd problem is that when I receive it, it was a partial refund for a fault that they just made up. I would look somewhere else.

I spoke to a salesman before my purchase who was knowledgeable, aimiable and who didn't make me feel like an idiot for only having a basic understanding of the product I wished to buy. He answered all my questions with patience. Once I ordered the product, it arrived on the specified date and worked fine, thanks to the salesman previous advice and help. I'd be happy to buy from them again.
