Mashallah we completed our Umrah in March, brother Haris Sheikh who was our sales adviser provided us with all the information we requested right from the word go. He was very patient with us as we had lots of questions. Unfortunately for us, our travel arrangements were disrupted due to the war in the Gulf. He assisted us to find alternative flights through other routes. We only lost a day as a result but the most important thing is we completed the Umrah as planned and our fervent prayer is for Allah to accept it. This is the second time we have booked with Muslims Holy Travel, apart from a few minor issues with transportation we will be more than happy to book future trips with them. We have recommended the company to our friends and family and well done once again to Haris Sheikh. May Allah reward you for your efforts, Ameen.

Smooth operation from start to finish. Transfer companies were excellent with communication. Abdul Rehman was terrific in handling the package to every detail and was transparent and responsive. I had a great Umrah experience during first week of Ramzan 2026 with my family, Abdul Rehman has had shared multiple package options that fits my needs. I had stayed at Crown Plaza Madinah and Sheraton Makkah, Both hotels were good and near the haram. I had chosen Pegasus airways which was good. During my return transit the cab service I received was through "Basma Transport Service" which ruined my complete return experience, they initially informed me that the pick up will be post Isha Tarawih Salah as my flight was at 2 AM, However during the last day while I was having iftar at haram they called and texted me multiple times asking to be ready for pickup post iftar, which was horrible experience as it completely disturbed my return plans, I received calls and texts from 3 ppl from Basma Transport which was a torture, they picked me at 9PM and dropped me at airport at 10PM for a 2 AM flight, it highly impacted our health and gave mental stress.Pls do not accept the transit with Basma if you want to have a good experience. Thank you Abdul Rehman for giving a good package, constantly connecting with me to track the progress and checking the wellbeing after I landed at Madinah. Will choose this umrah pckage service in future except the pathetic Transport service.

I would like to thank Abdul Rehmaan from Muslim holy travel about his exceptional service during difficult times in travel in middle East. He kept us updated on our flights and made great effort to rearrange our way back.Most travel agents forget once you are abroad but he looked after us and was very good at rearranging our flights. Every thing went so smoothly.
