I recently completed my Lasting Power…
I recently completed my Lasting Power of Attorney with MWQ Estate Planning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
From my very first phone call, Darren provided clear, reassuring advice that immediately put me at ease. This was followed up with prompt and helpful emails from the legal team, who guided me through each step of the process.
I’ll admit I was initially a bit dubious, especially as I live in Darlington and the firm is based in Manchester, but I needn’t have worried. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and without any complications.
The entire process was completed in a timely manner, and the professionalism and communication throughout were excellent. I would highly recommend MWQ Estate Planning to anyone considering arranging their Lasting Power of Attorney.

Dear Edwin
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your experience.
However, we must clarify that your comments do not accurately reflect our records of emails and call recordings with yourself. We made reasonable efforts to communicate throughout, including chasing responses and requesting key information required to progress, which was not provided. We have proof of this and will rigorously dispute your statement.
While we regret that you chose to cancel, we respectfully dispute the claim of poor communication.
We take all feedback seriously and remain committed to delivering a high standard of service.
Best wishes,
