Very quick delivery. Changing bag came and there was a fault with one of the zips however customer service (Emily) is excellent and sorted a replacement straight away. I love the changing bag as it’s so spacious.

Amazing service!! I had an issue with my car seat which I brought back in August. I messaged the team and Emily has been amazing! I sent her a video of what was happenening and within a week I've had the old one collected and dropped off! So amazing!

There were parts missing from my…
There were parts missing from my pushchair and I sent an email via info@ address and it was picked up almost immediately by Emily she asked me the problem and details of what I had purchased and very quickly found the issue she confirmed that 2 R clips were missing from the wheels and that’s why I was having issues. She promptly ordered them at no cost to myself and got them sent the same day, very quick and efficient after sales service and a big shout out to Emily who resolved my issue quickly with a pleasant and polite manner, great asset to the company Thank you Emily x

Avoid this company no spare parts no help from costumer service
Year ago I bought mb500i stone , few months ago during folding part of the belt stacked between the frame and chipped. I did contact costumer service to aks for replacement only to be told to buy new seat even pram being still in warranty. This part its separatble from the harnes so not mandatory to get new seat at all just for them to clean the stock as looks like they are discontinued the MB500 so definitely not professional for the prices they sell the systems they should provide services not to leave costumers disappointed as definitely I wouldn't recommended anymore especially me needing to buy new pram as harness can not close properly. Very disappointed very poor costumer service
Costumer service team try to convince me that is the same colour they haven't changed design .I have this pram only for 10 months now today march , definitely i could be offered me to bring/send the seat to be fixed, not after 3months of having the travel system in the garage as its unusable to offer me 10% of next purchase that is unacceptable

Having reviewed the previous conversation with our customer service team from around three months ago, I can see that we did try to assist you with the issue you experienced with the buckle/harness on your MB500i Stone pushchair.
At the time, our team provided a link to the replacement seat unit, which includes the harness system. We understand that you were hoping to replace only the harness, however this unfortunately is not possible with this model. The harness is sewn into the seat unit as part of the design, meaning it cannot be removed or replaced individually. For this reason, the correct replacement part is the full seat unit assembly, which is why this option was suggested.
The replacement seat unit that was available at the time was the updated version of the MB500 design, which includes the black zipper and trim. Your pushchair is the earlier version of the MB500 Stone, and unfortunately the exact earlier version was no longer available. As you explained that you did not wish to change to the updated design, the replacement option we had available was not suitable for you.
Since your enquiry, the MB500 range has now been discontinued, and the remaining spare parts for this model have now sold out.
We completely understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we are sorry that we were not able to provide the exact part you were hoping for. Please be assured that our team did aim to provide the closest available solution at the time.

My Babiie i-size Spin car seat MBCS200 light pink with leopard pink foils
I purchased my babiie swivel car seat for my 5 month old granddaughter Charlotte. This new design was due for release on 20/3/26 to my amazement my new car seat was delivered on Saturday 14th March - 6 days early. I absolutely love it!!! The light pink with foil pink leopard print looks fantastic. It holds the feature throughtout the ages of the car seat too, so as padding removed still same design remains. Im absolutely over the moon with my new babiie car seat. Highly recommended. Ideal for grandparents cars as not struggling to get the grandchild in the seat in an awkward position. Such a bargain with the % off. Only paid £95 and this seat goes to age 12 years - what a bargain and buying new its a piece of mind.
