Excellent experience, from customer service as I had some questions through to delivery and the bed is exactly what we wanted at a great price.

I recently bought a mattress and a mattress cover. While there was a small issue with the delivery (the mattress cover was sent to the wrong address), I was very impressed with how the situation was handled.
I contacted the shop, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, but how a company fixes them says a lot—and in this case, they were helpful and respectful.
The mattress itself is very comfortable and good quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Thank you!

Lovely bed and good service, nice helping men, but there was a problem with one of the plates it was not in
Line and I had to take it to get redrilled .
As it would not line up , this is my only problem love my bed .

I recently purchased a console table from this company. I was unsure about the colour so messaged them for further info and was offered a wood sample. This was duly sent out within a few days. I decided to purchase the table and am delighted with it. It arrived incredibly well packaged and looks great! Really good quality. For sale on other sites for a much higher price too!! Thank you. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

What a great company this is, the quality of the mattress is fantastic and the price was also fantastic. Communication was the best I have had from any company between emails and phone calls plus the driver called 30 mins before arrival and the two guys could not be any nicer and helpful.

The colour and shape of tables are lovely. Both tables were marked a little on the top of each one. We should have got back in touch with the supplier for replacements. Too much hassle returning. I’m sure they are all not like that. We would have had to uncouple them repack and ring courier for pick up.

Quality product, communication was good and quickly responded to my questions.
The bed base looks great and the quality seems good. Only minor gripe if the measurements. It is 5cm too wide, I have measured it several times. Not a big problem but does mean I bash my shins occasionally.
