MyCarNeedsA Reviews

Got a date for mot no problem next morning so service all good thank-you

The response was with in a few days and at a competitive price

Website worked OK, got a quote accepted the quote, got an email to book a date. Booked it in then got another email saying they can’t do it.
So a bit let down by the garage. Why quote if you can’t deliver. Then the website thinks it’s all good and being done. Seems all other quote have disappeared and no way to carry on with it. Perhaps needs a rethink.
I will try to resubmit the entire job once more and if it works OK I will come back and add comments

Car booked in for next week, looks like I have a good deal, let’s update after work is completed

Part 2

It was a good deal, job completed I saved between £50 and a £100 for intermediate service, MOT and brake fluid change

Great service

Quick response great prices.

I didnt get one quote , not impressed

Although I gave up on the masses of emails to and fro with Head Office, while trying to book an MOT. I drove to the local branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They booked the car in for a slot 2 hours later, so I just needed to kill some time until the appointment. The car failed on something as simple as a headlight alignment, which they will adjust for free and then a free re-test. I’ve re-booked for tomorrow, as they were maxed-out today. Both staff members that I spoke to were very friendly and customer oriented, I can’t fault the place.

They a get my car done at the same garage for £100 less

Gracias por su amable respuesta gracias por la atención y por su paciencia gracias

I highly recommend this service. I needed my brake pads done in a bit of a emergency. I made contact with MyCarNeeds and they got me in contact with a Garage that was able to book my car in for the very next day.

very pleasant staff. efficient service.

Needed an EGR valve replaced on 14plate bmw x6. Not many offers for work but Halfords quoted £240 and completed the job quickly and without fuss or trying to push extra work. Very Happy.

Great site and easy to use. Got a quote for MOT that was only 2 miles away and cheaper than other local garages. Contacted me within 24 hours

Website was easy to use and retrieve quotes. I was able to get my brake pads sorted by an excellent mechanic named Joel (Curbside Repairs) in less than 48 hours of posting the job! Such a great company. Would definitely recommend!

The website was great, quotes within minutes and the chosen garage were one of the best I’ve ever used!

Made something stressful, easy. I think it could be improved by being able to add pictures to the request, to help with more accurate quotes

Garage laughed at the quote price but by then we had already travelled there, don't believe the price quoted check with garage first.

Read the small print they are only after your money. Ended up paying over 30 pounds for nothing. Don't waste your time or cash

When I need to book a mot I want to know a date now not in up to two days time!!!
