I'm trying to contact Clarion for a while regarding my service charge that has been increase and there is not a clear bills. Please see below:
I am writing to clarify two separate points on my account.
First, I understand that £416 plus a 15% administration fee is due to be credited to me. This has not appeared in my Clarion account, and I have not received confirmation of when this will be applied. Please confirm the status of this amount.
Second, I have been advised that an additional £430 caretaking charge is payable from April. I have asked for details of what this charge covers, but I have not yet received a clear breakdown.
As a leaseholder, under Sections 19, 21 and 22 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, I am entitled to confirmation that service charges are reasonably incurred and to request a written summary and supporting documentation.
Until I receive clear written clarification on both the credit due to me and the caretaking charge, I am not in a position to set up a direct debit.
I would appreciate a full response at your earliest convenience.

Terrible company. Do not repair they bodge and hide. Don't answer you. Very ignorant very dismissive. After years of consistent issues within my property with damp cracking and movement I now have a collapsed ceiling which fell on my daughter and led to my property being unsafe to live in. Blame contractors and take no accountability.

Once i got through & got connected to Live Chat with a wonderful & very helpful person called Jill, whom helped resolved several queries I had with such great ease and understanding ( for me ) & didn’t feel rushed & was then able to remember a few other things regarding with Clarion & couldn’t be happier in feeling all that I wanted resolved, have now been, thanks to Jill & even have time for little chit chat, re sunny weather & pegging out here washing ( brought smile to my face) , that’s all it can take sometimes , is just a little simple remark about the weather, to Brighton up someone’s sunny day. As I had several issues to sort and book dates for it did take a while....
Can't fault Peter, but the next available appointment is a month away for a kitchen issue - as in, I'm unable to use my kitchen sink for a month...
In my opinion, and as a person with disabilities,(so moving stuff to the bathroom is almost impossible) a month without a kitchen sink is really not acceptable.
I appreciate with a huge amount of properties and tenants there will be a wait for certain issues, but a month!!!
My other issues were sorted out and all within an acceptable time frame.
