Very impolite people,they cut off the line during the conversation over the phone😐zero respect to customers,
Happened many times they changed my order after I had piad for the items in full and said the items already sold out !!??So gready business. even if you're their old customer and have bought thousands dollars from them. I haven't seen this rude before from any other coin dealers. Never buy from "My Collectables" again.

Some items massively overpriced
It is a mystery to me how this shop remains in business. Some items are massively overpriced, sometimes 3x higher than elsewhere…...and that was LONG before the recent global surge in silver prices. Maybe people don’t check before buying, and get caught in the FOMO.

Hi Susan, I was upset by your review until I saw your other 1 star review for Core Logic " wildly inaccurate". Given Corelogic takes it's data direct from actual house sales, your review is the only thing that is "wildly inaccurate". Maybe try being a little less negative in life, it would be much better for you.
Well Priced
I found the website easy to use. My product was well wrapped and arrived within a few days. I will definitely be using this company again.
The item was exactly as described, and well-priced, so overall, very happy with my purchase.

Slabbed Gold coin purchased 23/12/25 at 9:26pm.
24/12/25 at 3:12pm I receive email stating item was sold just prior to me buying it and offered refund.
Disappointed with this seller. Found their eBay store and their negative feedbacks reflect the same issue!!

It is very hard as a Merchant when you offer an explanation to then be trashed with a 1 star review. It is a very tricky time at the moment with the run on silver and gold due to the rapidly rising prices. Computer systems are not perfect snd some times fail and humans have to pick up the pieces.
