The package is on track for delivery by tomorrow, January 15, which falls within the estimated 10 business days for delivery. Kindly note that it has been just over two weeks since your order was placed and shipped, not two months, and the delivery timeline aligns with the provided estimate.

While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, delays that occur once the package is with the carrier—particularly during the busy holiday season—are beyond our control and may occasionally impact delivery times. However, since this does not appear to be the case with your order, we’re unsure of the reason for your negative review 😢
