Very responsive and had all the items I needed in stock for immediate shipment and the service was very good. And I love the product!

I just bought a dive knife with Myerchin. Packed in a nice box and with a sheath (which i didn't expect). This is a company that loves it's products, that's easy to see. Customer service is friendly and reacts promptly. Can't wait to dive and give the knife its christening!

A suggestion: my knife's handle must be wrapped with paracord. I would be useful to provide - for instance - an instruction how to do that (little video?). Or better: to do that and provide a piece of paracord in the package. That would be great!

Delivery service by UPS however was a crisis. Two times they didnt deliver on time, which meant that i stayed home for nothing. That's something to consider. Maybe a different transport partner?

I was contacted immediately and thoroughly after placing my order. As well, they provided help that I hadn't even asked for.

I have about 50 maritime knives. I carry a Captain or a Crew folder every day and have used it in emergencies. I think that the lock up of the Gen2 design makes it the safest of the products out there. Also, the folder is probably the best ergonomically compared to other manufacturers. I would like to see a more solid bail, but that's my only wish. For the price, these knives seems better laid out than knives costing twice as much.

Excellent service from Myerchin UK. Knife, T-shirt and bonus gift turned up promptly. As for the knife, perfect and hasn't left my belt since arriving. Fits well in my [big] hands, solid construction, no movement or wobble when blade/spike out. The locking mechanism is firm and easy to "unlock" one handed.

The latest purchase (the Bone Captain Folder Plain Blade Rigging Knife (AF300) is for my wife—a woman who declared that she does not like pocket knives (after I had bought her a dozen or so over many years). OK.

So imagine my surprise when after using my Bone Crew Folder Pro Blade Rigging Knife to do something, she held on to it rather than returning it to me. After ten minutes or so, turning it over in her hand, and looking at it closely, she asked if I could get her one...

This is my third Myerchin rigging knife; I bought one for a close mate, too—he borrowed mine many times a day while we were refitting a big timber boat. He deserved one of his own.

Finally I can attest that the serrated blade verson cuts nylon and poly rope with ease. Edge retention is excellent. And in the six months of hard use in the time I have owned it, none of the Torx screws have loosened and it still looks brand new. I believe that these knives will last a generation. Five stars from me.
