"Fantastic Skin, elastic, stretch mark & scar cream"
I can not rate the "fantastic Skin, elastic, stretch mark & scar cream" enough. I had been suffering from such itchy skin and tried most of the creams available. This product has been the only one which has actually helped. I have bought some of the other products which I have not needed yet.

Great moisturiser
Bought for my daughter who is in early pregnancy and who had dry skin in her tummy after weeks of self injection of fertility drugs, she said it acted as a lively moisturiser

I am still waiting for a response as to…
I am still waiting for a response as to why I have to go searching for my order, when the delivery company Evri who you used delivered it to the wrong house. Not only did a member of your team, email to say I had to go and collect it, the photo from the proof of delivery was absolutely ridiculous as how could I possibly tell which house it was.
I would like a manager to contact me on this issue, sooner rather than later.

I bought the products for my daughter…
I bought the products for my daughter who is expecting her baby in July.
She is very happy with them especially the skin spray for stretch marks.
I was very happy with the ordering and delivery process and I’m sure my daughter or I will order again.

Birthday present
Ordering was very straight forward and easy. Package arrived well packaged and the card included was perfect. Parcel was for my daughters birthday who is expecting her first baby in September.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, only started using them roughly 2weeks ago to help with TTC. Won’t know if they have helped with TTC yet.
Only issue I would say is that the invoice was on the box which showed the first line of one of the products ordered which my local delivery man would have seen 🙈

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no sign whatsoever of what was ordered, complained multiple times and all they have offered is a refund of the postage which is no help when paid for goods and ainlle not received them. Shame as website looks good

The ‘Spritz for Bitz’ was recommended…
The ‘Spritz for Bitz’ was recommended to me by my daughter as a gift for my daughter-in-law. As I am Grandma I cannot speak from personal use. Obviously my daughter found it had relieving qualities and her sister-in-law was very grateful to receive the ‘ Look after your bitz’ bundle I had sent to her.
When ordering I omitted to ask for the item to be delivered to a different address. I emailed and this was corrected straight away.
