Most meals have been great
Most meals have been great, just a few are watery which is a shame. But we ordered over 60 meals and found this with two of the flavours so the remainder have all been great and we will be ordering again minis the particular flavours.

Delivery never arrived and customer support lacking
Waited in for parcel on Saturday which never arrived. Email received from DPD saying it had been delivered with dodgy picture probably taken in the back of the van. Spent an hour on the phone to DPD who said they had spoken to driver and it would be rectified in next 2 hours, however parcel never arrived. Emailed GSN but no response so rang up. Bloke I spoke to apologised but at no point was a gesture of good will made to send out a replacement order ASAP or to make up for the day wasted waiting for parcel. Requested my money back and cancelled ongoing subscription! Poor all round.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry your parcel didn't arrive as expected and that the delivery picture was unsatisfactory. We're also sorry about the delay in responding to your email and that you felt our resolution wasn't adequate.
For any DPD delivery delays we always offer to replace parcels.
However we would need confirmation that they would not be delivered on the desired day. Before we can offer a fresh delivery.

Meals are all tasty enough, good to have a stock in the freezer to grab and go, especially when calorie counting. Delivery always spot on.

Deliver issue.
Failed to deliver my package, refused to help saying its up to DPD then when DPD confirmed as expected that i needed to speak to GSN about the delivery they refused to help unless i emailed in so offer zero immediate customer resolution.
Cant speak about the qaulity if the food but I hope you dont get an issue because they arent in a rush to help.

I have ordered from Gsn for over 2…
I have ordered from Gsn for over 2 years now. Recent months the meals have become watery and not pleasant to eat. I have arpund 10 of my favourite boxes I order still sat in my fridge as the portion of these are all far too watery and lacks taste. This has happened over the last 3 orders. Given my order value is reaching 200 pounds its not great. It does not make me confident to order again as its become not just one particular meal but seems to be hit and miss on others now too. Not great as I use to enjoy these meals.

Great Product Let Down By 3rd Party Delivery Company
Product selection is great, very varied menu and food options. Company packaging is excellent, the food arrived well insulated and cold. Unfortunately the company have been let down by their choice of delivery company, DPD, who just left the food box outside on my front door step without ringing the doorbell or knocking. If the delivery issue can be addressed and improved then I would happily provide a 5 star rating

Been using on and off for years. Well priced, creative companies making decent meals and lean easy cook chicken. Ive how bought a new fridge dedicated to gsn stuff. They used to do a few clothing bits which were great stuff too. Thanks GSN
