My Kind of Cruise Reviews 600

I have been using My Kind of Cruise for the last two years. I find them truly excellent. Their pricing is generally cheaper than anywhere else while their customer service is simply superb. I deal mostly with Charlotte who is an absolute diamond to have on your side. However the whole customer service team, including Courtney and Eva are outstanding in their roles. I would highly recommend My Kind of Cruise and I look forward to using them again many times into the future. A wonderful company.

Sarah, was just amazing, she explained what the pros and cons were on what I wanted, she's explained the positioning bearing in mind I don't travel well on boats! We've looked at excursions, sea days, discussed best drinks package. Superb knowledge 👌.. brilliant. 5☆ Thank you

Our second booking with Luke from My Kind of Cruise and again, it the booking process was quick and seamless and we will definitely book with them again in the future.

So far we booked it it and paid in instalments which is amazing. And way ahead of time to allow time to buys our outfits. Very easy to use and manage the booking. I had to contact the team initially to add another person which was very good and easy to do.

I have booked a Virgin cruise through the company. I was communicating with Jon and he has been superhelpful in answering all my questions in speedy manner and keeping me up to date on the process. The whole booking experience was seamless. Thank you!

Cost of holiday was incorrect due to a system error. This should have been honoured as myself being the customer was not at fault. Having to pay an extra £300+ doesn’t seem like I got a good deal in the end. The lady on the phone was pleasant but I still think it’s your fault not mine so shouldn’t have had to pay the extra.

So far excellent experience with My Kind of Cruise. Consultant Ryan has been extremely patient with my lack of decision making! Love the portal for comparing available cruises at the time you want to travel and the automatic quote works well despite it being a little big brother!! Prices are excellent and very competitive. Hopefully everything will be plain sailing (excuse the pun!) from here on in and if not I’m hoping for the same level of service experienced so far 🤞

Once again Ryan Cunningham at Mykindofcruise pulled out all the stops and secured us a tremendous deal on a cruise. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to book a cruise.

I have found my kind of cruise very easy to deal with and the help I received from Ryan was exceptional

Ryan Cunningham was fantastic throughout the whole process - making sure he secured the best price for me - and I certainly couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and even worked on things for me while he was out of the office!
Overally I was highly impressed with My Kind of Cruise and the service provided by Ryan

Great company. Danielle went out of her way to help get an issue resolved with a Virgin Voyages credit I had. Everything got sorted very smoothly and with no fuss.

False, illegal advertising. State you can book with a £1 deposit, i selected the option thay said this could be done, got to payment and they wanted almost £200 deposit. Tried on several cruises advertised as £1 deposit and all came up with a large deposit required.

Excellent service and communication , Charlotte was amazing . Quick efficient and very patient. Probably the easiest cruise I’ve ever booked 🙏
