I inadvertently paid twice for the same golf card when asked for a refund on the second payment my request was ignored and the company kept payment untrustworthy in my opinion.

Hi Bernard Wilson. Thanks for your feedback. We have looked at your account and found you made a purchase in Dec 2022 and a second purchase in Jan 2023. You have verified your postal information for both orders and they have both been sent to you. If this is incorrect please use the form on our website to let us know so we can help you the best we can. Many thanks. Your MOGC team

Somehow I have been charged twice and haven’t received my handicap card two weeks after the double payment was taken.
However, they have sorted out the issue very swiftly. Good service once they became aware of the problem.

Hi Robert. Thanks for your feedback. We can see that you ordered your card on the 18th at 6.51pm. Your card was sent the following morning at 10.32am using Royal Mail first class postage. Sadly once the cards are with Royal Mail it is out of our control. We can only apologise that you did not get the card the next day. It is very rare that cards get misplaced by Royal Mail. Thanks. Your MOGC Team
