BE AWARE, TWO IDENTICAL SITES UNDER ".CO.UK AND .COM".

Purchased a Mini Music Record Player which was supposed to be a special gift for my grandmother. It is a sensitive time and wanted this to bring some joy.

It arrived unusable. The other one I purchased works, albeit quite tacky.

In addition, a keychain I purchased is very poor quality. It is very dark and looks cheap.

Considering I spent £58.75 I expected a lot better.

Trying to get through to customer services doesn't work. The instructions on the website are clearly outdated because the said options aren't available. So I am left with a product that doesn't work, I cannot give to my grandmother and I cannot get through to anyone to discuss.

I would not recommend this company.

Shipping is expensive and from China, so don't waste your time as it won't arrive on time.

I ordered reels for viewfinder. The pictures were very blurry, not in correct position, and the reels did not turn.

I ordered several Christmas gifts the website stated would be received by 12/17. The tracking from China (not the UK) now says I will not received the items until 12/30; Making these custom gift useless. The company does not have contact information to cancel the order. Buyer beware, I would not order from this company.

I ordered the spinning light up christmas tree with photos. The description said it has an engraved real wood base and that it spins. When I finally received it, it was completely plastic you can see the rings in the PLASTIC not wood base the names that were supposed to be engraved are protruding and not even painted well. It absolutely does not spin and when I contacted support they tried to gaslight me saying the description says it does not spin. Thankfully I took screenshots because they took down the picture at the top of the product page that said it spins. And they only offered me 13$ out of the almost 50$ that I spent. It was supposed to be a christmas present and I would be embarrassed to wrap this thing as a gift.

I placed an order for a stuffed animal made from a drawing. I never received any kind of mock up of what it would look like and that's when I looked up reviews. It's on me for not doing this first but I was trying to get a gift for someone in time for Christmas. I did receive it tonight so timing was good but the product is completely wrong. It's a pillow, not a stuffed animal. It has stains on it, and the writing, which wasn't intended to be included, is printed in mirror image on one side! It's also a weird brown color overall. I cannot give this as a gift and am so embarrassed that I wasted my money.

The seller has extremely poor communication skills, the product was “lost” until I explained I would take it further with my bank as fraud then the parcel arrived way later. They had returned half of my cost of the products but with the time wasted and the awful service alongside the photo wallet looking completely different I wouldn’t recommend them if you’d pay me!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered the bendable figures and they are nothing like the photos of the product and are the most hideous things I’ve ever seen

I ordered moon light for our wedding anniversary - photo of us and our daughter who squeezed in the photo. the lamp arrived a bit late, but I was explained that it comes from China, (I think it is great that in today's world the global companies exist) but without our daughter in it! I think someone who did it thought that it was someone who jumped into picture and removed her. I was sent another one with my daughter in it.

Amazing customer support. My item got damaged but they were quick to address and resolve.

A nice product, and good customer service. I got a cube made for my husband for fathers day. They got my initial order a bit wrong but then corrected it with no extra charge, even though the corrected cube arrived a bit late for fathers day! Still, happy with the product and service!

Don’t waste your money, paid £32 for a tiny plaque which took 2 weeks to arrive, a week after Father’s Day. Comes from China and takes aggggessss. It is garbage .🤬👎🏾

I had ordered a personal gift for fathers day. However, my gift came broken in half! I immediately contacted the company and got through to someone called Sara, she was very helpful to come to a resolution which was to resend the item. By the time the item arrived was past fathers day which is a shame however, I used the broken gift making him aware that the new one is on the way which has finally arrived and we all absolutely love it so thank you very much for your support with my issue.

Took forever, paid extra to receive before Father’s Day. I received it today (4 days later).
They altered the format of my original photos and despite numerous emails and contact us messages and being told that it was sorted. It wasn’t sorted for over a week. The fact that these guys can not understand written English is really off putting. The images are grainy. I think I could have done better watching a you tube clip. And despite them sending me an email asking for a review (that seems to have vanished as well)

Arrived on time, brilliant quality, will order again

After losing my Mam back in December we have all struggled. I thought this was a lovely gift to get my Dad for Fathers Day. He loved it

Absolutely awful infinity cube for fathers day, pictures on paper and the plastic panels popping open. Do not buy from them.
