I am genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism shown by MyQT.
They sent me a faulty, completely unusable product. When I requested a refund, I was told I must ship the defective item back at my own expense for “inspection.”
A customer is not responsible for paying shipping for a faulty product a company has sent them. This is on basic logic and common sense, as well as in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
I explained multiple times that the product was unusable upon arrival (with several photo evidence) and even suggested reasonable, environmentally friendly alternatives such as providing a video or doing a virtual inspection instead of unnecessary shipping of what will be trashed.
Every one of these explanations was ignored. Instead, I received what felt like a cold copy-and-paste response repeated: “It needs to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection.” It felt like I was speaking to a robot rather than a customer service team. On 2 counts, I actually asked my email to be read with care.
At this point, MyQT is withholding a refund for a defective product they sent, while not offering any resolutions or even a simple prepaid shipping label, and has gone completely silent. I have followed up several times on the email address and phone number provided on their site. They have stopped responding all together.
This is not how a legitimate business operates, and it is the only time I have ever experienced such behavior from a company.
The lack of accountability, communication, and basic professionalism is astonishing. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from MyQT to think twice — if there is an issue with your order, do not expect fair treatment or responsive customer support.

Ordered on Monday and received my order next day in Brisbane. They used uber for same day delivery setvice, i wam very happy with the products. I’ll definitely be back when I run out of the suncream. Good job 👍
They took my money and gave me no product. I ordered in April. I didnt REFUSE to pay the customs?? they never even gave me that option, I was told that it was returning to sender (your company) and that you would get in contact with me once it had arrived (which you didn't). You're now trying to cover your terrible customer service by making it out like it was my fault. SHIT company, don't order from here unless you like bad customer service that rudely tries to pin the blame on you :)

myqt.com.au used to be a real webshop - now it's a front, they don't ship anything - I got scammed - from what I can gather, the site went down 4 years ago and was replaced by a copy + a simple Shopify process to make you pay
