Negative ROI from working with this company. They did not produce anywhere near the results they suggested initially. I would not recommend their service. And to address the issue raised in their comments, I am not a competitor leaving a fake review; I'm simply a customer disappointed with the results.

The personalisation was the main thing that stood out. The emails felt much more tailored than standard automated outreach.

Awful cold emails
with title like "You're Fired..."

unsolicited cold call mails without asking for Opt In beforehand (which is legally required within the EU). Not something you want to see from a SaaS Vendor focussing on B2B sales support.

Terrible customer service. Their support does not inform you how to cancel subscription. They then charge you anyway and refuse to refund. Stay away.
