I ordered two rental addresses for different dates. Neither arrived. On both occasions I had to chase up MyWardrobe to tell them that they hadn’t arrived. For the second dress no one has responded to me. 100% failure to fulfil the orders or offer any level of customer service.

Arrived poorly packaged. Bag had ripped and was taped up by DPD. The blazer was supposed to be size 16. I am usually a 12/14, but thought I would have it altered to fit. I could barely get it on! Most definitely NOT a 16!

I’ve rented and purchased from My Wardrobe Hq multiple times. I always receive great quality clothes. Excellently packaged and communication is fantastic. I would highly recommend MYWARDROBE HQ! Thank you!

great item, have not worn it yet but loved it

Unfortunately my parcel never arrived. Correspondence was ok from my wardrobe but yet to receive reimbursement for purchase and delivery. Wouldn’t order from them again

The dress arrived 24 hours behind schedule; understandable in view of many recent UK strikes/weather conditions/holiday season. Dress exactly as shown in photographs, fitted like a glove and I am completely satisfied. EXCELLENT Customer Service all round and exactly as advertised. I am also middle-aged and a size 16 and proof that this isn't a service only for young models! Will order again soon, Karen

Cancelled order as it was taking too long to arrive. Did email a couple of times and they replied quickly.

Dreadful experience with this company. Every order I place, from the very limited number of products on offer, to try and spend my credits, has been cancelled due to being out of stock. I have incurred bank charges and delivery charges that they won't refund. I finally cancelled my account and had confirmation of this and they then took the next payment of £37. Beyond frustrated.

Applied additional postage fees after order accepted . Have been asked for feedback before product received . Not ideal

Extremely disappointed

Ordered a pair of shoes and after a couple of days I’ve been informed that they don’t have the product in stock and also that the number was advertised wrong . Not good first impression and definitely not going to rent/ buy from this shop in the future.

Amazing service from start to when I fell in love with the skirt and purchased it from them!
Friendly staff and fantastic and prompt communication.. I will certainly recommend and definitely use My Wardrobe many more times in the future xx

Fabulous service. From start to finish I was kept informed about my purchase.
Unfortunately I had to return the item, but again was kept informed.
A refund was sent immediately

Great idea - not so great service. I’ve ordered 3 times now with mixed experience.

1st time rented a bag - it didn’t show up at all and I had to contact MWHQ. They apologised for the order slipping through the net. They couldn’t deliver in time for my event. Cancelled the order. Refund received.

2nd time, bought shoes and also rented a bag and dress. Shoes turned up but they were too small, sent back was refunded minus restock fee. Bag turned up on time. Liked the bag and had it for an event, return process was straightforward. Dress turned up, too big. In the process of returning. The same dress is also on sale cheaper in the designers store than it is to buy second hand via MWHQ.

3rd time. Rented a bag (the same one as before) needed for 2 events so rented for 7 days. Got an email on the day it was due to arrive saying it wouldn’t be available until the following day. I asked if it could be delivered to a different address instead as I would be travelling. This was fine but when I asked if it was possible to deduct the day lost, this was rejected due no discretion over discounts for their ‘suppliers’ goods. Subsequently cancelled the order as felt this was unfair and now lost faith in the service.

Subscribed to Cocoon instead for handbags.

As someone who works in Customer Experience, I would recommend MWHQ to look at ways to improve fulfilment of the service.
