I will never buy again. I could not still got my refund for a never delivered smartphone :(

Bought my first phone from them around 2002, and then bought one for my wife around 2007, and its amazing to see they are still in business in 2019 got a new phone last week, and satisfied.

Phone arrived on time. Great service, return policy is good, you can not expect anything more than that.

I love myworldphone because their service is very fast. I lost a phone in the street, a phone was emergency for me. I ordered a phone from myworldphone.com, i got that phone within 48 hours.

All the items are great prices and the prices competitive prices. Shipping is fast, everything is very straightforward. The one time I had a problem (UPS smashed the package to smithereens) they were completely responsive and arranged for a replacement item to be sent via 2-day air.

I am very impressed with their fast services, i needed a phone for my travel and they got it done in about 48 hours, A big thanks, Mr. Jimmy helped me out placing the order and overall i am very happy with the item as well.

I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and it was a different model from which i ordered. the phone i ordered was actually for $99.99 and wat they sent me was for $79.99. so they actually ate my $20.00 and sent me a used phone and the wrong modelThey know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

I ordered a "new" phone and when it arrived it was not actually new and the keypad didn't work. When I contacted the company I was given an e-mail address from which I received no response. I then called and was given the run around, placed on hold and just generally ignored. If they put half as much effort into selling a decent product and/or correcting errors as they do trying to avoid dealing with customer issues they'd be a model in customer service. They know that there's no recourse for online shoppers if they don't respond, and they exploit it. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Worst customer service ever. I made a purchase online and after several days, I called to follow up on my order only to be told, the phone is out of stock. The Rep then insisted I picked a different phone, which I found quite bizarre. So I asked for a refund and was instructed to send an email to Brian. After two emails and two weeks has passed, there was no refund and no correspondence from anyone from Myworldphone.

my friend told me about myworldphone that their doing business since 10 years so you can buy their products as well cause their are trustworthy.
So, i thought ok let's do this.. because i was going to abroad and i was finding like this kinda company for buying a phone.
i was actually going to attend one of my conference which i have to attend immediate.
So, i ordered and then they first called me to confirm the order and then they processed it and i selected the usual shipping method which they said i will have by within 5 business days but suddenly from my office they changed their schedule for to attend the conference and i had to go hurry then i called myworldphone.
requested to update my shipping method but it was shipped so i dont know how they made it but they did change the shipping method to 3 business and it really works the product has been delivered to me on time.
