Bought a pyjama as a Christmas present for my mum, she absolut loves them! Quality is really good and shipping was super easy.

Very disappointing. As others have said, these do not fit like pyjamas and are tight - even though I purchased 2 XL it fits like a size 10!!! On close inspection, I can see that they appear to have designed the top on a man's shirt pattern. The cotton is very poor quality with a low thread count. I am now trying to return for a refund - the goods are packed in the original package (unfortunately all plastic) with all tags still attached - but there is no return label - it looks like you have to pay yourself to send these back. The returns process is not customer friendly and is very convoluted (you have to 'apply' for a code to return which is not actually lawful. This is what they say: Returns or exchanges without a RMA number cannot be accepted). I purchased from Myza but on their returns information page on the website it suggests that they are some kind of agent for other brands and to send the goods back to the address in the package and 'under no circumstances' to send goods back to Myza - however, the only address I have been given IS Myza I am now trying to contact them but having no luck - the 'chat function' says customer service are busy (even though I am the only one in the queue) and the phone number they give is not working - very suspicious. I am now very concerned. I will update this review if I hear from them, but have trading standards on alert. UPDATE: I did get my money back.

Love these pyjamas. I really only like cotton sleepwear and I love the patterns on them. Comfortable to wear and stylish at the same time.

Great product and service from William. Initially wrong product was sent but this was quickly resolved. Would recommend and shop again!

Extremely disappointing experience that cost me my time and money!

Placed a purchase on 27 Nov 2021. By 18 Dec after several emails, customer services conceded the parcel had been lost. Promised to send out a replacement but did not provide any tracking information. It is now 6 Jan 2022 and nothing has arrived! While I appreciate all reasonable delays due to the holidays, this is simply not acceptable.

Pyjamas arrived exactly on time. My daughter was thrilled with them. Very good customer service. Will be buying again.

My pajamas have just arrived and I am very surprised by the quality of them, the material feels cheap and they don’t look at all like they did in the photo. The top and bottoms are also different shades of blue and they are extremely tight fitting, I usually wear a medium but got a large for comfort and they were still not a good fit. I’ll need to return them but will need to pay to do this which is unacceptable considering what I’ve received.

I ordered three sets of pyjamas on Black Friday for our matching Christmas PJ tradition. Myza consistently doesn't manage to send a confirmatory email in my inbox, although if you contact them then are responsive. They notified me that they had messed up and were out of one of the sizes. They did try to make amends by sending out separates, albeit with one a different size - fingers crossed that works out. Previous order for a birthday they sent the wrong size, and very nicely sent out the correct size without asking for a return.

Great customer service!

I had an issue with a shirt after delivery that was not the fault of Myza - they worked with me to get a replacement item very quickly and had great email communication throughout the process.
