Food was served promptly and was of a very good quality. Our server (Rana at Middlebrook site) went over and above to look after us. She was attentive and helped explain the ingredients. She is an asset to your business.

We would like to give our Compliments & say a Huge Thank You to both amazing Manager Kledi & Daniel who served us today at Nando's Borehamwood. Kledi & Daniel were super friendly, professional & helpful from start to finish. I have anxiety & Kledi first greeted us with a lovely smile, which made us feel welcomed & valued as customers. Then Daniel presented the food promptly which was served hot, fresh & very tasty. Kledi, Daniel & the whole team work so hard & are a real credit to Nando's. The Excellent Service & quality food we received was Outstanding! Will definitely visit again. Thank you & Best wishes :)

We had a lovely evening

We had a lovely evening, table of 10. No problems in seating us even without a booking. Till assistant was friendly, cheerful and helpful. Kitchen staff member, Airidas, came out to check all our food was ok which was really nice, a nice touch. Food was quick and was lovely, tasted great and good portion sizes. Bottomless ice cream was nice and worth it!

Undercooked

A female member of staff was very rude when I sent back undercooked chicken. I asked to have it removed from the bill but they were adamant they would replace the dish. I explained I don't want food after I've sent something back. I wouldnt have written a negative review as things happen, but the redness was eextreme.i ended up walking out.

Nandos Stoke -on-Trent

This was the 1st time we'd been to the Nandos at the Potteries centre in Stoke and it was superb

I have food allergies and the staff went out if their way to make sure this was accommodated , ensuring me my food would be prepared by the manager separately from other orders ,and this was backed up with the allergies listed on the receipt which is something that gave never seen before and found it really reassuring.

The food itself arrived quickly and was done brilliantly with all 3 different meals arriving together and cooked perfectly , again each of my dishes having a "flag" with allergy on it to make certain there was acknowledgement that it had been taken into account.

The staff & service were excellent and we are looking forward to booking again

Staff member Adam in Nando’s Windsor…

Staff member Adam in Nando’s Windsor was so lovely and helpful. I came in for collection where I was treated with a wacoming friendly staff member who offered any help and condiments before I had to ask. 10/10 service.

NANDOS GREENWICH PENINSULA RUDE DODGY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND SUSPICIOUSLY ASKING FOR MULTIPLE PAYMENTS

NANDOS GREENWICH PENINSULA- very dodgy! Nando's Greenwich Peninsula claimed to have a "faulty till” and charge me twice. I showed them my phone to show the money had been taken out and they still hounded us on my child’s birthday - who happens to be severely disabled and even asked for a 3rd payment. In front of guests and my son got so upset we didn’t even get to sing happy birthday and take the cake out. Worst birthday ever!

A short Asian woman and a big black woman with glasses with particularly rude and obnoxious. 

I had to go back with my bank statements to prove that the money had been taken out. Oni manager filled out a form behind my back so only god knows what was on there. There was no apology from the rude female staff at the time who had made us feel as though we were ‘dine & dash’.And had to wait ages for the double refund.

Visit

Visit - Friday 27 February 2026

Visited Nandos at The Springs for a late lunch. The restaurant was quite empty, with virtually only 3-4 other patrons.

We were directed to a booth, and I then went to use the rest rooms.

The rest rooms were absolutely filthy and looked like that they had not been cleaned from the day before. I do not believe that the at 2 that day, that they had the amount of patrons, that would have left no toilet paper in the 2 of the cubicles, and filthy floors.

The sink was no better, and the hand dryers did not work and were smashed.

I went out to ask for a Manager, who never came, therefore I advised the staff behind counter, that looked bored!

I was not willing to eat in a place where the possibility of food being prepared and served in such unclean conditions.

As we left my husband advised that he had to clear left food from both seats in the booth and that the table was no better!

If this is what Nandos are offering now, I will happily leave and go elsewhere.

In my opinion the whole restaurant needs to shut down and given a deep clearn.

Tunbridge Wells - Lily (Duty Manager)

Very disappointing experience with Nando’s Tunbridge Wells - Lily Duty Manager
My wife had an appointment nearby so we decided to treat ourselves and ordered a collection. We then drove 30 minutes home, only to discover that around half of the order was missing.
When I called the restaurant, I was told they could only refund the missing items, even though the whole meal was ruined because we couldn’t eat together as planned. By the time we had gone back and forth on the phone trying to sort it out, the food we did have had gone completely cold and was no longer enjoyable, so it ended up being thrown away anyway.
I spoke with Lily, who said she was the manager, but unfortunately she was quite rude and not very helpful, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was very poor. After a 30-minute drive home, an incomplete order, and unhelpful customer service, the whole experience left us extremely disappointed.
Sadly, this experience has made us reconsider whether we’ll use Nando’s again.

Cannot add rewards to Apple wallet

Every time I go there - I cannot build or claim points.
The reward system is unable to be accessed. Cannot add rewards barcode to my Apple wallet whether I’m in Nando’s or at home.
This has been going on since 2024 that’s why I’ve only visited 5x.
It’s a major deterrent when you’re paying £30 for lunch

STAY AWAY FROM CAMBERWELL BRANCH!

I went to the Camberwell branch, BIG MISTAKE, HUGE. This branch must have the WORST food out of all the Nando's branches I have visited. I should have taken my sister's advice and skipped going but I was on my way from work and hungry. When I got home, order was wrong, Called the manager 'NEY' extremely rude and asked me to come back the following day to collect the same order when it would cost me the same amount in transport that I paid, when I said this was 'crazy, he said I was being rude and in not so many words told me to 'suck it up; Its unfortunate that Nando's is being represented by people who lack customer service when the fault was by the restaurant. This Nando's has a terrible reputation from people I shared my story too, STAY AWAY, chicken dry, chips over cooked. Better off going to a chicken shop like Morley for the price you pay at Nando's, not worth it anymore!
