I read all the negative reviews of this site and scam warnings and brought my ring in for appraisal at Kay Jewelers. They wouldn't even appraise it because they said it was a fractured filled diamond and not anywhere near what I was supposed to have gotten when I purchased it.

This site is a scam and was rebranded with a - between natalie and diamonds.

Do NOT fall for their scam. Wish someone would file a class action suit against them.

I have been wearing my ring for 4 years now and got it appraised for insurance - it is FAKE!

I wish I could give 0 stars 😭 I just found out my ring I have been wearing for 4 years is FAKE!! I’m devastated. I brought my engagement ring and wedding band to be sized at a jeweler. I also needed an appraisal. He reach out to tell me ALL the diamonds were moisonite. 1.58 CT middle diamond solitaire VS1 G and all fake. Please if you have bought a ring from them go get it looked at. We are devastated. If anyone knows how to find them or start a class action lawsuit please contact me!!

Just had my ring tested that I’ve been wearing 2 years now. And the Diamond is FAKE! My husband is devastated, is there anyway to get a return? The company seems to no longer exist.

The diamonds are fake. Sold me a Mossanite and tried to pass it off as a real diamond with fake documentation. I was lucky and did a charge back on the credit card. Avoid at all costs

This is a complete "top to bottom" scam. Designed to pray upon those looking for the best price on a diamond. From the fake certification to the fake letter, just no morality at all. I purchased a ring in March 2021, wife took the ring in for cleaning and was told that it was Moissanite. Wow of course they are out of business! While I'm out the money spent on a fake ring and a new "real" diamond!

What the heck! I go searching for this company to get my wife a band to match her ring and realized I got ripped off. I can’t believe it, has anyone gotten any resolution from this???

Went to put my bridal set on Worthy to be auctioned off. Worthy stated diamond was not authentic. Sent the ring back to me. I have a fake diamond ring set.

I wish I could put less than one star. I bought an engagement ring in Dec 2020. When it showed up with all the documentation and appraisals I felt confident. recently the band developed a crack and I brought it to a jeweller to be repaired. Much to my surprise the diamonds on the side of the ring were all fake. I am so disappointed and angry that I got scammed. I came across this review site and wanted to share my terrible experience. From the reviews I have read, it sound like the thieves have taken the money and run. If anyone finds some recourse, please share and I would be happy to join in the fight. People need to be better than this.

Does anyone know if a lawsuit has been started against Natalie Dimonds? It is absolutely insane on how much money they stole from customers! My husband was devastated when we were told our Dimonds were mossianite.

If I could give this a negative star I would. Scam. Complete scam. If you have purchased a diamond from this company please have it appraised. My fiance purchased a princess cut french pave engagement ring that turned out to be totally fake when I took it to be cleaned. Only real thing about it is the white gold which is crap in comparison to the total price of the product.
Natalie Diamonds website is completely gone, and we are unable to even get any money back for this to purchase something that is real. I am absolutely devastated by this.
Buy locally please if that's any advice that I can give any future buyers.

Bought a ring from here in 2020, brought it to a jeweler for cleaning before the big day. turns out they are fake diamonds. Natalie Diamonds website has shut down and diamond authenticity company has disappeared.

This place took my deposit I put down on a ring and now nobody responds and no website! Unreal!

Natalie Diamond sold me a Mossanite diamond as a real diamond. Imagine my horror when I took my engagement ring to the jeweler and discovered I had been ripped off. What a scam. And now the webpage wont even pull up! I am sure they are operating under another name. BEWARE of buying a diamond online from a company other than Blue Nile or James Allen.

I was making payments on a wedding ring, I called to set up my final payment and the phone number is not working and the website is non existent. Beware do not deal with this scam business.

These people belong in prison. I have a ring that was 3,000 that is fake.
