I used to play every week. Now play once a month, never win anything worth talking about.
Used to win on scratch cards aswell, but this company, you hardly get any winners, and when you do, it's always £5, nothing higher.

when i put money in to my lottery account its instant when after having a few wins which would not even buy one ticket i decide they must think we are all mugs so i will cash in my winnings and according to them it could take 3/5 days.

Winning £1 is a joke. No one entering a national lottery would ever want a prize that small.

Since this new company took over checking £1 winnings is a joke, and the huge lottery amounts going to 1/2 players is also a joke, start making more winners and perhaps your loyal players will come back, I have reduced my players and may stop playing soon.

Just made my3rd or 4th phone call to lottery requesting a prize of £30 I won in May 2026.They are going to send a cheque which they do not know how long will take.I have finally given up and told them to give it to charity or keep it themselves.Customer Service is bad,rude and could not care less attitude.I do notgamble much but this has taken all the fun out of it.Also the app is not good.

As from today I’ve stopped playing the national lottery it gone down hill since this new company took over. This new company should be investigated by a government watchdog.
Bring back Camelot

The lottery is a huge waste of money and it took me over 20 years to realise this. They have slowly increased the amount of numbers whilst simultaneously reducing the chances of winning. Disgraceful way of ripping of people

Iv been playing years over 4 years iv complained till im blue in face on phone about insta win games online being so poor and takes years to even win anything decent its a joke took me over 4 years to win biggest ever about 125 pounds joke it literally takes and takes over and over and never any good wins it like is designed to give low wins and never anything good so u always down how are they getting away with this they need a investigation and give me my money bk it is just a fancy fun scam to give u the illusion u win big but never do

What have they done? The normal lottery is terrible and not worth playing. I’ve just won £1 for matching 2 numbers. Whoopee! What a joke. The app is appalling and its like they have gone back in time!

Firstly jack is a stupid AI because how the heck is a game that cost £2 play and you get a pound back how can you class that a win oh and yeah gives the player more ways to play well how is that possible because you cant play another main game as it cost £2 so what option is left thunderball or one of your stupid odds of a £1 scratch card well news flash they are just as bad as this tripe your scamming the british public from their hard earn money for a so called chance of winning big well £60 spent and yeah j forgot i won a small prize and over the last 3 draws £3 so what about ghe other £57 forgot again i m helping fund so nany good causes but no im not im just funding all loose big fat profits

I think its disgusting you pay £2 to win £1 they have gone back to the prize fund when the lottery started years ago when it was only £1 to play myself and a lot of people I know won't be playing anymore unless it goes back to winning a lucky dip or £2 and £30 for 3 numbers

I have been playing the lottery for many years now and now all I win lately is £1 not even a free lucky dip anymore so I think I will be looking elsewhere since this company has taken over it has gone down hill

Very disappointed with the new game, all these ridiculous prizes of £1 or £2 each week.

What have I missed?
Tonight, Powerball is being advertised on the National-Lottery website as having an estimated jackpot of £467 million, which when converted at the current $ rate, equates to $630,870,300.00. However, the current Powerball jackpot is, at this moment in time, in the USA, being advertised as the 8th highest jackpot in the history of the Powerball, at $905,000,000.00, which equates to £669,923,754.53.
Whilst on the topic,... why is the jackpot paid over 30 years if the fortune is won by a UK resident, when, if the prize is won by an American citizen, there is an alternative of taking a lump sum as well?
I am aware that I may well be missing something within the terms of the lottery contract, so if a kind soul would care to explain I would be appreciative.

I’m disappointed with the recent National Lottery app update, before the update everything worked perfectly, I had all my favourite numbers saved and could easily check my tickets and results, now my saved numbers have disappeared, the app sometimes doesn’t load properly and checking previous tickets is much more difficult, I’m also disappointed with the new Powerball, a £446 million jackpot sounds impressive but paying £4 per play for a prize paid over 30 years simply doesn’t seem worth it, I’ve personally decided to boycott Powerball and I would encourage other players to do the same, I’ve also started cutting back on other games and now I mainly stick to set for life and Lotto and don’t even play EuroMillions anymore, overall the recent changes have made the National Lottery experience worse rather than better

Today I have cancelled my National Lottery account I’m totally dissatisfied with the new format and the new forecast for prize money. It’s a rip off and they have destroyed the game for greed.
I had account from day one and I wasn’t even asked why which says it all it’s all about profit for them why have they been allowed to do this as charity’s are receiving the lowest awards ever.
Shame on you.

When you play this just think you probably won’t win !!!! £4 for one line and no hope in hells chance to get anything !!! Why don’t they make more winners ? Or more chances ? Also online win games are crap … played £6 won £1 !!! No wonder they can give all the charities money all the time with our hard earned money… I don’t think they have ever read any of these reviews !!! A complete bag of plop !!
