Went at 5.35pm with a nail in the tyre. The store closes at 6pm. Had a lengthy drive to Kent so didnt want to take the journey with a nail in the tyre. Despite the fact that there were no customers being served we were told that they only worked on an appointment basis and anyway didn't have a tyre fitter - which was clearly a lie as we saw a guy with a tyre on the machine. Anyway we said that in that case all we needed was someone to loosen the nuts on our wheel (and retighten them) as we did have a spare that we could fit using our jack. Would only have taken 5 minutes but we were told they could not help - astonishing reaction from a tyre company. At 5.45pm one of the guys just rolled down the shutters in our face. Clearly all they wanted to do was to go home. Quite disgraceful.
Waited 40min for my booked tyre check. When they came out all they did was a walk around. The car was not taken through to be put on the ramp and have a proper check.
Shortly after they repaired my front bushes I heard creaking in my car and brought it back to them, they investigated it and assured me it was safe to drive. This was on the 8th August, on the 13th August the wheel came off my car while I’ve driving right by Egham station feet away from the tracks. It was very scary and traumatic and they are currently denying liability.
Went to my local National Tyres for 4 new tyres. They managed to scratch all four alloy wheels! They would not accept responsibility even after emailing the CEO and discussing with the head of customer service. They even smeared grease on the wheels to try and hid the marks. Bunch of cowboys! Sad really as we have 4 cars in the family that we serviced, MOT'd and re-tyred there, and they threw that away.
My MOT needed redoing.
Most garages have tried to scam me in the past but not this garage.
It seems they have good integrity so I would definitely recommend them.
On that day, I also needed to swap a TPMS sensor that I had already bought and they changed it for me for free, I was quite surprised.
Also FYI the receptionist told me that the garage changed ownership 1-2 yrs ago and the previous owner had bad reviews.

He kindly pointed out everything that wasn’t done or was done wrong, suggested a plan of action and gave me the findings in writing as well. Considering I have a phobia of mechanics because 9/10 they do me over he made me feel like there is some hope yet so thank you for that.

Order online I had ordered three tires. They came in halfords mobile. At night. When I checked the next day, there was a bulge like a bubble in one tire. Then I called the customer service. They sent me to National Tire branch in Egham The people there were on reception with tattoos on all over their body no sense very rude. And no one helps. I was wondering around like a headless chicken My whole day got ruined.Never use National tyre online

I have called everyone,but noone giving me the right answer. They are just transferring my phone to each other. I contact again to national tire customer service. Then they said they spoke to the branch Egham branch and they will sort it out ,And he just gave me a email address and said write to falken.com
Can you contact them yourself now, i spent the all day of today going back and forcing to them. went there 3 times and got nowhere, The tyre is with them now, so i paid £152 for 2 Tyres. I have been going around in circles with this matter. I am extremly dissatisfied and unexpressed with the way i have been treated. Could you kindly contact them and retrieve the tyre ans details from them, i have found them to be extremely rude, unprofessional and very unhelpful. I am now out of pocket and without a tyre so i am unable to drive my car.Also contact number you have given 01614291066 no one answer 40 minutes waiting time,So Annoying Never again recommended to anyone

I have booked MOT online in January at Egham on Saturday, 20/02/23. Reported first hours with my car at 08:45 hrs on that day. When I handed over my car keys to receptionist, don’t do MOT on Saturday, online problem he said then re booked for 22/02/23. I request for early finish my work for that day but got call from National tyres MOT has been cancelled due to staff sickness then transferred my MOT to Halfords Staines on Wednesday 28/02/23. I requested early finish work again. I took my car at Halfords Staines just after 15:15 hrs. Jenna, receptionist said that computer system down so got to wait good 2 hrs. So completed my MOT after 18:00 hrs. My MOT has passed with minor light defects. Back home tried to lock my car didn’t flashed indicators, flash indicators when locking and un locking normally. Reported following day about the issue, come to see MOT centre anytime. I went to see 10:00 hrs on Saturday, 04/03/23., explained the problem again but call me on Saturday, 11/03/23 due to busy schedule. So what reason I lost my time?
