Excellent help on tyre malfunction
Excellent help and advice on tyre malfunction. Assistance to remove and repair tyre free of charge does wonders for future use of the company.
Great professional service
Took my car for a new tyre and four wheel tracking.
I did not have to wait as car was started on promptly.
And also shown by Ellie on screen how much it was out.
Kept informed by Ellie the technician as to the progress of the work.
Nice to see someone who has pride in their work.

Booked for 2 front tyres
Booked for 2 front tyres, two days before for a 10.30 appointment (bank holiday Monday). When I arrived at 10.15 the garage was already packed with cars waiting. Didn’t think this would be a problem as my car was booked in. Left the garage, no phone call after 1 so I decided to walk across, was told they was busy and my car would be next. Very frustrating as this was a booked appointment, why take bookings if they don’t honour them. I finally got my car back after 3pm a full bank holiday Monday completely wasted. Very disappointed, definitely will not be recommending or returning, absolutely disgusting leaving customers waiting around. I just can’t understand why they think this is acceptable.

I visited National Tyres and Autocare -Hull on the 27/5/25 to have four brand new tyres fitted to my Vauxhall insignia 2.0 cdti.
From start to finish the work carried out was of the best quality ,the technician Bradley was very careful and his attention to detail was of high service. Bradley took his time ensuring everything was done to a high standard. Observing his workmanship i could tell that he prided himself on the work he carried out for his customers. 5/5
I would also like to thank the shop manager Kevin who greeted me with a a friendly service and a warm smile. Kevin was very knowledgeable and talked through all aspects of the work carried out along with keeping me informed along the way with the timeframe of the work been carried out.
I will not be going elsewhere for future tyres as i cannot fault the great work they have put into getting my car roadworthy and safe for me and my little family.
Once again thank you to Bradley and Kevin for their service and going above and beyond to keeping their customers happy.

Hull NTS mobile fitting. 4 new tyres fitted via ASDA Tyres, 3 completely flat after 2 weeks, presumably damaged valves as car not been driven. Great !!!

Terrible Experience
I ordered my tyres with a planned booking for Tuesday. Upon arriving at the garage, the fitter stated it would take an hour—no problem at all.
Just after stepping outside to go to a nearby shop, I get a call saying that my tyres have never arrived. I had to drive back home but was informed before I left that I would have a priority booking and would be contacted when they next arrived.
Days passed, and I randomly received a phone call from Halfords (their adopted company). The man on the other end of the phone was so focused on the pre-written procedure they had to read out first that he did not state what the call was about other than that it was being recoded for training purposes, asking for my details and email, when he hadn't even explain why he was calling me.
I personally had no idea that Halfords had been bought up by National Tyres, so I was very baffled when they called me. I simply put down the phone, as I have had a lot of dodgy calls recently. I simply awaited my phone call from the garage. (As you would expect.)
Three days passed as it was a weekend. I called up the garage, and they simply stated, "Oh, I'm sorry, this is the first time we've heard about this." Under a level of total confusion, the mechanics at the garage didn't really do anything, as my money had, according to them, not been received, and they couldn't commit to the service until the halfords sent the money to their garage.
So the garage themselves gave me a number and stated that if I called them, I would get through to someone who could help.
The number was simply a Halfords help desk, where the poor lady at the end of the phone met my dissatisfaction with the current situation. She was incredibly apologetic as I explained the bizarre phone call and why my money had been taken and I hadn't received a service. She investigated into it, finding out that the man who called me was part of the refund office (who I put the phone down on), stating that he simply snook the refund back into my bank account over the course of the weekend, so the garage in turn didn't pursue the situation further, causing a mass level of confusion on my part and theirs. She offered as an apology for the wasted fuel and levles of distaste a £20 halfords gift voucher (from which I never received) and stated she would look into it further on her end. Finally getting my money back, I called the garage again, and they stated they would get me in on the day and get new tyres for me.
It turns out they did have my tyres in after all, but they got the wrong speed rating (like a 10mph difference between the two). And they never informed me when they went to check the rack.
I agreed to the tyres they had, as I had an important drive on the other end of the country within that week, so haste was important. The fitting took less than an hour, and the job was done, but when I went to leave, I inspected my car. Half of the dust caps were missing, and they left large white stickers on two of my tyres.
Going back in yet again, I stated you've left the stickers on and my tyres and dustcaps are missing, as well as the container I came in with holding my locking wheel nut. He came out with me in a sulky manner and stuck one of the dustcaps on, then gave me a handful. I could tell he was in a foul mood, but as petty as it is, at the end of the day, As the customer i expect to leave with all the parts I came in with.
Overall, it was a horrible experience with an unprofessional finish. The worst part is that this all started because someone put the wrong letter on a tyre order.
