booked a delivery for a next day collection driver never turned up to collect on day spoke to customer service said vehicle was full but would collect following day despite speaking to them twice that day and being reassured that we would get collected and waiting 2 hours past our close time our delivery again wasnt collected so we cancelled and booked with another logistics company who collected within the hour

Shockingly poor service, please go elsewhere, avoid this 'company' like the plague. Twice scheduled pallet collection, twice a no show which impacted our business in a really bad way. I am now fighting for a refund from this joke of a company. Their customer service could not even properly address the issue and apologise as they are so used to this happening multiple times a day and week, it is normal procedure to let customers down, they have become desensitised to poor customer care.

Absolute disgrace of a service from start to finish. Firstly the driver arrived at the collection point 24hrs early, then arrived on scheduled day without a pallet or wrap, was offered the item dismantled but refused then didnt show up the following day as he requested the item to be dismantled, which it had been. The item wasa xmas present and I eventually received it on the 30th December after scheduling it on the 22nd. They had to outsource the collection to Palletways in the end.

Delivery service was good and customer help great too

Delivered pallets to the wrong address even though I sent them the correct address three times. I then had to pay for the item to be re-delivered to the correct address, or my customer wouldn’t have received his delivery in time for Christmas. They then delivered the pallet to the wrong address again and now won’t respond. The people you speak to in customer service don’t understand basic English and chat GPT every reply.
This is one of the worst transport companies in the UK, who take no responsibility for constant mistakes. There is no way the majority of these reviews are real, as I have now spoken to multiple people who have used this company without one positive thing to say about them. Absolutely appalling do your research before using these.

There was initially a problem with the delivery. The pallet was taken back to the depot and stored for several days, then successfully delivered on the second attempt. I though that the storage charges were very expensive, however the pallet was delivered. The customer service person, Angela A was very helpful and kept us informed of the progress and delivery.

The delivery company damaged parts of a large machine we shipped with them. The machine weighed over 2,000 kgs split onto 3 pallets. As the parts damaged only weigh around 10 kgs, they are claiming that this is the full weight of the delivery for damages and we will get a very small payment. The amount of damaged parts is around £1,000 and it has already taken us 2 days to try to fix the machine at our customers site. Do not use this company for transporting any large machines.
They have now offered me a measly £15 for damages of over a £1,000 which does not include the time it has taken to repair/replace the damaged parts. We are now looking into legal routes to reclaim our costs.
