Disappointing service
I originally left reviews after experiencing disappointing service and communication issues regarding a repair.
Following those reviews, I was contacted by the company's customer resolution team and asked to remove the reviews before a further service visit would be booked. I removed the reviews and the company subsequently arranged another visit and waived the labour charge.
The technician who attended was professional and identified the problem.
I was then quoted for a third visit but I felt that the price quoted for labour and parts to be more than I thought was good value given what had taken place.

Issue with my Fisher & Payker Dryer
I had an issue with my Fisher & Paykel dryer and made an appointment with Nationwide Appliance Repairs to see if they could fix it.
Their technicians, Jimmy and Ashwin, were well-mannered, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight.
They lifted the elevated unit off the wall, found the issue, had a replacement part in their vehicle, and returned the unit to its spot.
I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Efficient and capable repair company
We contacted Nationwide Appliance Repairs after our Hisense Deep Freezer's thermostat broke. We spoke to Adam over the phone and he managed our enquiry with professionalism and organised a technician to come within a timely fashion.
Jimmy the technician came out to have a look and was able to identify the problem straight away. He also gave use multiple options to manage it, so we had a complete picture to work with. We ended up ordering the new part and this resulted in the freezer being repaired within a timely fashion.
Finally, Adam again handled ordering the parts efficiently and ensured we were happy with our service throughout our engagement with this company.
We'd strongly recommend this company, especially if you live within the Murrumbeena area. Very happy with our service.
