I would highly recommend coming here, the atmosphere was very friendly, calm and welcoming as was the staff, the food was so tender and full of flavour - I had the curry goat box - excellent value for money considering the size and the flavour.
We booked a table when we were walking past to the town centre and I’m glad we did because we didn’t have to wait for a table but by 7:30 there was a queue out the door so I would definitely recommend booking ahead of time.

Having enjoyed Natty’s Jerk food at the Utilita Bowl Southampton I wanted to visit their Portsmouth restaurant to enjoy the full menu - and I was certainly not disappointed! A friendly welcome when we arrived and more friendly, attentive service throughout the meal - the message is “we want you here to enjoy the experience”.
We had Jerk Fried Chicken Pom Fries (bigged up) and Goat Curry with hot sauce on the side. .Generous portions of good quality food perfectly cooked and served hot. All delicious and tastes home cooked.
We had a portion of the Upside Down Pineapple cake and hot custard as recommended by Natty, accompanied by his explanation of why it constantly features on the menu.
Our thanks to Natty and his team who made it a memorable visit for us. Everything we ate was delicious and the food and drinks were great value. I am looking forward to repeating the 65 mile round-trip to visit again in the near future.
