Waiting nearly 2 months now for either the products I paid for or a refund of 80 euro.
I'm suspicious as to whether this is a scam site. I have communicated only through email with the company as it was also suspicious that they didn't reply in writing yet made many attempts to contact me by phone. This is likely their method of concealing the scam. Don't use this site.

I sent an email enquiry about a lipstick that had been discontinued. Michaela replied to my email the same day (a Sunday), to say that she would check with the supplier the next day to see if they had any left in stock. As promised, the following day Michaela updated me. She also took the time to photograph a hand swatch of that lipstick, plus an alternative that was similar in colour, for me to compare. Excellent customer service.
