We’ve now been able to identify your details and would like to clarify the situation publicly.

You were not a customer of Natural Strains, and no order was ever placed. This interaction was part of a collaboration request through Social Cat, where a product (approx. £100.00 value) was sent in good faith based on the initial agreement.

At no point prior to shipping was any payment or fee discussed. It was only after the product had been received that a £250 fee was introduced. After reviewing your engagement rate (0.17%), we made the decision not to proceed with the collaboration, which was communicated clearly and professionally. We also confirmed there was no need to return the product.

Given this, your Trustpilot review does not reflect a genuine customer experience. We are now raising this with both Social Cat and Trustpilot, along with the full conversation and evidence.

We are committed to transparency and fair dealings, and we take misleading reviews seriously.

These promotions are offered to allow customers to try products at a significantly reduced price, and the items supplied were the same products listed on the order.
