- We use a high proportion of Free Range & Organic meat, nothing is battery farmed and we only use pre-stunned animals. We take animal welfare seriously (our human founders are actually vegetarian!) and believe if we are going to feed our carnivorous companions an appropriate diet we should do so with as much care and respect as possible to the meat within it.
- Plastic-free packaging
- No more piles of plastic tubs. We only use ground breaking home compostable and sustainable packaging. Our trays are made from wood fibres in Europe (not sugarcane shipped around the world) and the non-stick coating on them is a propietry blend of completely compostable bio film. Our cardboard sleeves are printed in vegetable based inks and are carbon offset.

Great raw food
Have been using Naturaw 80/10/10 for over 6 months - my dog loves it. It is easy to portion into his 200g meals. There is a wide selection of flavours and the packages are easy to store in the freezer.

The food and ethos is great
The food and ethos is great. My dogs are happy. Unfortunately, the delivery driver doesn't follow instruction. So they've lost a star.

Hi Michelle, thanks for the review. The delivery driver works for DPD, not us. It's frustrating when they don't follow your instructions we totally get that (happens to us sometimes too), but it's a little harsh to levy that feedback on a small family run business like us.
We compose the recipes, source the ingredients, design the packaging, make the food, build the website, store the food, undertake various audits and procedures, pack the boxes, send it out to you and our customer service team are always available to help with any issues and advise on any aspect of nutrition, our products and what would suit your dog... But we don't employ the drivers - couriers are unfortunately part of any online purchase. If it's caused any problems though we'll always sort it out for you. x

We offer reduced delivery charges when you order a full box. When ordering a partial box, the delivery charge is higher, which can affect the overall cost of your order. Naturaw is not the Cheapest
My first observation is Naturaw is not the cheapest, however their products are top notch and my dogs thrive on them, not much more to say really, if it’s right for my three it’s right by me, thank you 🙏 🐶🐶🐶

Shame now poor quality
Food quality and service have really gone down. The food arrived defrosted, this has happened with the last 3 deliveries. When I pointed that out on the last one, they said it could be refrozen - we don’t do that with human food why a dogs. Now back to PaleoRidge - slightly more expensive but much better quality and theirs was frozen when it arrived.

To say the food is poor quality or has changed in any way because of an issue with a delivery (however non existent it may be) is false and misleading.

Outstanding company
I have used Naturaw for both of my dogs and I'm really impressed with the quality of food and the excellent customer care and service. This is by far the best food I have given to my dogs, both of which have been fussy huskies! I will definitely be using Naturaw again for my next dog companion.

Notified me when the Turkey came back in stock which was helpful. Delivered very quickly top layer slightly thawed though so may need extra insulation. More single protein choices would be helpful…such as goose, pheasant, quail, rabbit, goat in order to rotate as per raw feeding requirements

I will certainly pass on your request for more single protein recipes and see what the team can do - unfortunately due to only using 100% British, ethically sourced meats, we are restricted as to what proteins can be used.
Amazing Raw Food Company and Subscription Service!
Absolutely brilliant company! They use the best ingredients and their delivery times are always fast. Abbie in Customer Services always responds to me in a timely manner and is exceptionally helpful whenever I have any questions. Their subscription service is the best I've come across - there are always little perks and rewards! So not only do the dogs get exceptional food, but I also receive something exciting as the months go by. There are so many recipes to choose from too, as well as Complete options, which is great for me who was new to raw feeding.

It has a good subscription benefit scene that helps for loyalty. My dog likes it. I just wish they did a lamb tripe single protein recipe because my doggy is allergic to beef. Will stay with them as long as my dog eats it.

Your Venison & beef recipe was…
Your Venison & beef recipe was specifically recommended by the Veterinary Nutritionist for my Anorexic dog as part of treating his gut dysbiosis. So far so good as his stools have returned to normal. Unfortunately he still isnt eating on his own.
