Natures Garden Reviews

Quick delivery. No issues. Packaged properly.
Missed getting the rose with a sample scent though... I always felt special getting the scented rose.

Great scent!! Made my laundry smell SO good!!

I ordered and everything was shipped as promised!

Great product! Highly recommend!

Order did not take long to arrive. Fast. Also, really love the fragrance oils.

Great quick service. great verity of fragrances!!

My previous order arrived on time and I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately, my current order has been a different experience.

The tracking information has not updated, and no one seems to know where the package is. I was also concerned by the incorrect email address listed on your website at the bottom for contact, although I was eventually able to find the correct one, it made me think it was a scam when it came back email not valid since I copied and pasted right off their page.
In addition, I was unable to reach anyone by phone or leave a message, and the recording simply directed me to email with questions. Customer service is lacking and gives scammer vibes to be honest. looking at other reviews, looks to be a pattern.

always love ordering for natures garden!

I have been making goat milk soap for 5 years now and Natures garden always provides me with quality supplies, and superb service! Love them!

Easy to order on website and tracking was great and delivery was on time.

I received my order in a good time frame and the items I received were spot on with the description listed for the scent

Everything came that I had ordered, well packaged! And I loved every scent!

Received order of highly quality scented oils quickly with no problems.

It was good to search for and actually FIND a Chai Tea fragrance! It wasn't easy, but Natures Garden thankfully carries this fragrance whereas many other companies do not. After finding/ordering it, NG shipped and delivered it in a very reasonable amount of time. The fragrance did not disappoint as sometimes happens. We rely on a written description and HOPE it smells good. This fragrance smells wonderfully in line with its description. I look forward to making many loaves as Fall approaches and clients are enticed to enjoy Chai Tea soaps and butters.

Excellent selection, with prices that beat my usual supplier. Super excited to use these new fragrance oils. While I have not tested their performance, the scents are spot on and I have high hopes for them. Also, they were delivered extremely fast. Again, beating my usual supplier that can take up to two weeks. This might just be my permanent go-to shop.

First package got lost in transit, customer service was excellent in replying and rectifying the situation. Love the fragrances, customer service is excellent and shipping is fast when the shipping company doesn’t mess up..lol

They smell soooooo good I mean damn😍😍 will definitely be shppping again
